Beachside Studio close to cafes & wineries

Beachside Ensuited studio /BnB with sea views just a few steps from the beach. Queen bed, with shower and toilet.
Two seater couch , limited cooking facilities, small fridge, microwave, kettle tea & coffee facilities in room. Outdoor table and chairs/loungers in private established garden plus portable BBQ. Wifi, Freeview TV, linen supplied, blow wave.
Predominantly non swimming beach due to steep drop off and current but popular with the locals for surfcasting, kontikis or drone fishing.
5 minutes drive to local cafes, wineries, Art Gallery . 12 minutes from Napier. We live on property but you have own lockbox access and private space. For longer stays we can make available our laundry facilities upon request on shared basis for extra cost.

Good and bad

Room was furnished nicely.. Super comfy bed.. Provided extras like cereal.. Spreads etc. Negatives was highway behind was pretty noisy and could hear the mill as well. The room was smallest I've ever come across and would say it was super overpriced for what it was.. They fitted alot of stuff in there and loved the decor but I don't think I'd stay there again due to the price and smallness of room.. Not sure how two people would fit as I was on own and even motel rooms are bigger.

The experience was great and the property owner was very helpful and kind.

The place has a beautiful view and we experienced the most serene sunrise... The property was clean and has a great garden at the back. Overall, iy was a great experience.

Short stay

Photo and description did not show how small the property actually was, but for very short stay was okay. Very clean and nice area. Owner was very helpful with directions.
