If your aim is to relax as well as visit the many attractions of Phillip Island such as the penguins, then this is the perfect location. The relaxing ambience of Woolamai beach House is perfect for couples, families or a group of 8. We provide bikes, helmets, toys, books, games, boogie boards, surfboard, toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking basics and more. Wine and chocolates provided for all our guests.

Greatest holiday ever!

This is the second time we have stayed at Jo’s house. We love it! The layout functions so well. The main living area is perfect - light from all four aspects, deck looking over the bordering reserve and the spaciousness, together give a great holiday vibe as soon as you walk in! Looking forward to our next stay!!

Great family and friends Easter holiday

Phillip Island is a great place for a family getaway. We enjoyed staying at this property, it was in a good location, modern, spotless and comfortable with everything we needed... and the size was perfect for our two families of 4. The children enjoyed the visits from wallabies, kookaburras and possums. The owners were great communicators, promptly replying and helping us when we had any questions and even following up to make sure things were going smoothly. We will definitely be back again!

Cape Woolamai Stay

We had a great stay in Cape Woolamai with family over Christmas. The property had a gorgeous outlook over the bush and we had frequent visitors from the local wildlife. The property is well equipped with entertainment for kids with a separate playroom, lots of toys and plenty of bikes. Jo was great with communication and the check in process was seamless. Phillip Island offers lot of family friendly activities just a short drive from the property.

Fabulous stay!

Absolutely fabulous property! The house is fantastic and big enough for two families. Has everything you need, and in a great location overlooking the National park. Our host Jo was so easy to communicate with and a lovely host.

My husband is a retired Professor and I am a retired Social Worker. We love our beach house but find we can’t get down there to relax as much as we would like to so decided to rent it out so others can enjoy it’s beauty.

Why they chose this property

We had been looking for a holiday house for well over a year when we noticed that Woolamai Beach Haven was up for sale. We absolutely fell in love with this house and were fortunate to be able to purchase it. It is in a perfect location with the world’s best beachs - Cape Woolamai and The Colonnades a 7min walk or 5 min bike ride away. The house is in a quiet location with a shearwater reserve as our back yard.

What makes this property unique

Woolamai Beach Haven is on Philip Island which has a wealth of activities for all ages and tastes as well as abundant wildlife. It is well situated just over the bridge from San Remo and away from the seasonal crowds of Cowes. The house is large with living spaces and TV’s upstairs and downstairs for families who may have different ideas about relaxation. It is also suitable for couples.
