Thoughtfully designed modern Mediterranean oasis with 5-star perks for an unforgettable stay ideally located in the heart of Venice, a stroll away from Rose Ave cafes, Whole Foods, Abbot Kinney, and the beach.

Tall ceilings with large skylights bringing in warm natural light, serene outdoor spaces providing ample space for relaxation, entertainment, and play, and a pampering outdoor spa with all the amenities (spa area is shared with the detached guesthouse - details below).

THE HOUSE

THE HOUSE Designed by owner and Architect Itay Zach featuring stylish interiors with oak floors, high ceilings, open floorplan, stunning details, and a fully stocked chef's kitchen.

BEDROOMS There are 3 large bedroom suites each with a private bathroom and patio.

LIVING ROOMS The stylish Venice modern living room opens to a large and sunny deck in the front yard, with an inviting lawn perfect for daytime picnics alongside the organic vegetable beds. There is and an additional TV/Game room with a home theater system, musical instruments, and lots of games and toys.

KITCHEN The carefully appointed chef's kitchen (owner/architect is also a professional chef) opens to a large deck overlooking the peaceful backyard and is stocked with a large Viking stove and hood, pantry, and all the cooking equipment you'll need.

OUTDOOR The backyard features a large deck with cozy sofa lounge around the fire pit, a professional Viking grill, and a manicured lawn with soccer goals and other outdoor games.

SPA The relaxing outdoor spa area in the back of the property has all the pampering perks of a 5-star Zen spa, with a large high-end 7-person hot-tub, 4-person Finnish barrel sauna, cold plunge tub, waterfall shower, fire-pit, and a yoga deck!

GUESTHOUSE There is a detached guesthouse on the back of the property with a separated yard and side entrance. The guesthouse has access to the spa area only. A Spa schedule can be coordinated for more privacy if desired.

Very quiet and nice house

We enjoyed it very much in this generous and modern house. Enough space for everyone with a terrace attached to each room. Very nice neighbourhood. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and Venice beach is within a nice walking distance. We will definitely come back. Many thanks for having us for our summer break.

Great location, beautiful house

We stayed in this house for a week in March with two young children. The owners were really accommodating in terms of giving us a travel crib and booster seat for our infant to use while we were there, and were really responsive to our messages leading up to our stay. During our stay there was a slight problem with the master bathroom sink leaking, and the owners resolved the issue asap. The house is gorgeous - modern, clean, lots of light and lots of space, including plenty of things for little kids to do. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor porches (attached to the upstairs bedrooms) are incredibly relaxing. The location was fantastic - close to everything (Venice, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, etc), an easy walk or short run to the beach, and we were even able to take a day trip to Disneyland with only 1 hour of driving each way! A few minor things to note about the house: 1) There's no microwave, so that's just something to keep in mind - you'll have to use the stove to heat up food or milk or anything like that. 2) The laundry machines are outside the house on the back porch, which is fine if the weather is good, but slightly inconvenient if it's cold or rainy. 3) The owners have security cameras on the front and back porch - which is great. They also have one on the first floor inside the house (for their own security) that they remove when guests are renting the house. When we stayed they forgot to remove that camera, but as soon as we mentioned it to them they asked us to remove the camera for future guests, so I didn't see that as a major issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this house again!

Modern, spacious home in a great location

I stayed here for a month for work. Loved the patios, yard and open space. There are a lot of neighbor dogs that like to communicate with one another early every morning, but other than that it was quiet.
