'Harbour View - One' occupies the lower level of this address. This apartment can be booked together with the upper level 'Harbour View - Two' via our 'Harbour View - Three' listing, giving you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway.
- Car parking - There is just one car park available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
- Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking.
- Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is not suitable for mobile infants, or children under 12.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Apartment was fantastic, big open windows and water views from each room. Bed was comfy, all linen provided and enough cooking facilities to make whatever you wanted. The drive way took me a bit to master but once you do it a couple of times you’re all good. There are a few steps in the apartment so just be aware of those, especially if you need to get up through the night.
Location was great with beautiful views! The unit is supplied with everything you need. Felt like home and great place to relax, open the doors, windows and enjoy the view. Everything was great with the host and parking was easy. Great restaurants with in walking distance.
