Beautiful condo in downtown Asheville! Amazing outdoor space and contemporary design in this very convenient condo in downtown Asheville. This second floor condo features a queen bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa.
Located on Biltmore Ave. in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate is just a short drive away. One parking space is available, but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe-type vehicle.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

Perfect walkable trip to Asheville

This condo was a perfect place for 2 people to stay for a short trip to Asheville! It was easy to walk to so many breweries and restaurants, and a short drive to some beautiful places to hike. It was clean and cute and everything we needed for our stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay near downtown

Easy walking to all of the downtown restaurants and breweries. We didn’t spend much time in the condo, but was exactly as posted and everything clean and easy to access. Wish there blackout curtains in the bedroom, which would make this place perfect. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location!

The property was easy to find, new construction, and clean. The location was better than we expected. Numerous restaurants and shops to the North, and a great selection of Breweries and lively hangouts to the West. The building and area was safe and secure. A designated parking spot was a huge bonus! Thank you for an enjoyable weekend in Asheville.

Asheville Visit

The visit was great. The property was very clean and the parking garage was great to have. Great places all within walking distance. Only issue was the construction right next door but that not much can be done about that. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely use again.

Great location

This property was very comfortable for my husband and I. Right in the middle of all the breweries. We loved walking less than a block to Green Man and Bhranian Brewery and not much further up to Wicked Weed. Close enough to Pack Square and other areas. All the appliances, fixtures and furniture seem brand new. The deck is fabulous.

Another great time in Asheville!

Condo is great! Close to everything….we generally walk everywhere but with the temperature being less than 0 degrees, we stayed put! Condo is always clean. Property management is always quick with responses. Will definitely book it again when we go up to see our kids.

Long Weekend in Asheville

The location of this property was the perfect spot- close to Wicked Weed as well as the other bars, restaurants, and breweries around downtown Asheville. The unit was very clean and up to date and had a cute patio as well. The only con was that the bed and couch (futon) were both insanely uncomfortable and in the bedroom the smoke detector has a bright light that flashes repeatedly throughout the night. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great location, nice new condo

We enjoyed the space in this condo and it convenient location to main part of town. A prior guest noted the uncomfortable couch and I will repeat this warning as it was very bad. A new couch that the back folds down to make a bed - hence bars under the seat. Also we didn’t use the patio as it was chilly but want to advise that there is outoor construction renovating house next door.

This condo provided me with the perfect harmony of solace on an otherwise gloomy trip

Came here to settle down in life. My week did not turn out the way I had planned with my partner. This place was the perfect getaway and hideout for me. Yes, there is construction taking place right outside but honestly the work they are doing is not loud at all. I believe they are working just inside the house at this time. I was perfectly content. The condo had everything I needed to cook with. Everything was super clean. I thank you for letting me stay and I hope others can enjoy their time there as much as I did! I would love to stay here again!

Great location but horrible bed

There is so much good about this condo. The location is wonderful. So easy to walk to about anywhere downtown. So nice to have a parking spot inside. Nice patio area. The view isn't the greatest but it was nice to be able to sit outside and relax after walking around all day. The only thing is the bed. Its horrible! My husband who can fall asleep on the floor could barely sleep in this bed. I think if it even had a memory foam mattress pad it would help so much. The couch isn't comfortable but its manageable. Other than the bed we loved the place.

Had a great time visiting the Biltmore and the city of Asheville. The rental itself is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and well furnished. The biggest complaint was having to get out of your vehicle each time to enter the code for the parking garage and then jump back in before the gate closes. The parking is tight in the garage as well. Saw one vehicle take their mirror off while trying to get in designated spot. The road noise at night is bad so bring a sound machine and the mattress is terrible. The mattress cover makes noises every time you move and there is no support from the mattress itself. Other than that everything else was as described.

Great condo!

The condo is amazing! The location cannot be beat. The kitchen has everything you need and the condo is a great size for two people. However there are some flaws I have to mention. The pocket doors need some work they are very hard to close and open. The condo also needs a deep clean. I was clean but all the rugs had stains and the newer couch also has some ehhh questionable stains we covered with a towel. Also although temporary the construction next door is a problem. It’s wayyy more than a house renovation, it is lots of heavy equipment like taking off a hill top or something. Lucky for us it was raining and they would just show up in the morning and leave but it would not have been fun if they were working. All that being said I would stay in this location again but maybe on a higher floor.

ok but....

I had two issues with this property aside from those two issues it was fine and as advertised. Issue #1 - Part of why we rented it was the large balcony which we hoped to relax on and enjoy the fall weather. When we arrived we discovered that there was a large scale construction project less then10' away from the balcony with 2 backhoes and other equipment being used all day. It made the balcony unusable and the stay unpleasant. The owner / managers had responsibility to inform us before we arrived - big disappointment. Issue #2 - The bedding sucks, it stuck to our skin and rustled every time one of us turned over waking up the other. The bedding was not "Luxury" actually neither were the backhoes.

Fantastic Asheville

We’ve stayed here before, have it booked over Xmas and love the location and the property. It’s just my husband and me so the one-bedroom is perfect. Love the long porch since we’re outside people. You can walk all around downtown Asheville and once you park your car, you don’t move it until you leave. Property managers very attentive and easy to talk with.

Great location, super clean

Easy to walk up to all the downtown shops and restaurants. As noted in previous reviews, living room furniture is not super comfortable if you are planning to hang out in the property a lot. Patio space is very nice. They’re renovating the home next door, but it was not noisy. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Great to have assigned indoor parking. I would stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Great stay and amazing location. The property is beautiful and is exactly as pictured. The only concern we had we with plumbing. There was a loud humming sound anytime the toilet flushed or a nearby shower ran, which is out of the owners control. Overall, it was a great experience!
