The home was ok for our purposes. We didn't use the kitchen and were out of the house during the day.
There was a horrible stench in the corner left of the sink like maybe something was dead.
We struggled to keep the house temperature comfortable. It was either to hot or to cold.
I attempted to contact the manager with no success so I tried calling you directly (Evolve) and was left on hold. I gave up so I could spend time with my family which was the purpose of the trip. I rented two homes in the area and I would rent the property again if I knew these issues were taken care of. I plan to visit this area in several times with different groups in the next year.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, but we apologize that your experience with us here at Evolve was less than satisfactory. Our goal is to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're very sorry that we missed the mark. We've addressed your feedback with the necessary teams here so that these issues can be prevented going forward. Thank you again for providing such valuable feedback.
Nice, clean one level modular home situated in a quiet neighbor hood. The street is not a through street, so there isn't much traffic. On-street parking was convenient for parking a full sized pickup towing a trailer. Driveway was wide enough to park two vehicles comfortably and the garage could accommodate one vehicle. House is cooled with a swamp cooler, which was adequate. Kitchen was stocked with ample cooking ware and utensils for our needs. Master bedroom at one end of the house has a master bathroom. Two other bedrooms, located at the other end of the house, were of sufficient size for our needs. Main bathroom is located next to these rooms. My guests had positive comments on the shower's water pressure. Laundry was convenient for our needs. Backyard has a covered patio with a gas grill, but the yard is very small. There were only three adults in my group and our trip was centered around ATV riding in the nearby area. This house accommodated our needs very well.
Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, kitchen was very well stocked. Nice place to stay.

We LOVED this property. It was cheap, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. They had Cutco knives!!! This was an unconventional spot for us but we loved it. It was rustic and cozy. Thank you to the team for the affordable stay. The views from the back patio were great. This truly was our home sweet trailer :)
The home appeared very clean. There were 3 plugin wall air fresheners overly fragrant. We removed them during our stay. The result was a musty smell especially in the master bedroom.
We enjoyed Richfield, Utah we were in walking distance of a park with a walking trail and Sandi's Drive in with good fast food.
Perfect place to stay while 4 wheeling the Paiute ATV trail
This was an older home, but very clean and good upkeep. The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay, the garage was perfect place to store ATV and trailer when not in use. Location was close proximity to ATV trails with most roads ATV accessible. The AC unit was a different system than we were used to, but after a quick call to the owner; it was up and running with no problem. Overall a great place, fair price, clean and just what we were looking for!
