Gateway Grand 405 is a SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Beautiful living and dining area, laundry room and WIFI. Offer a Coffee maker-combo with drip and K-cup ability. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full & 2 single beds) to accommodate your family of up to eight. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, unit rent Saturday to Saturday.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas.
The Gateway Grand charges an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee with reservation.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Perfect family oasis

We had an incredible stay! Everything listed was 100% accurate. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, loved sitting on the deck to read, the indoor pool was a life saver on some windy conditions and it was wonderful to walk right outside to the beach. We will def be back!!!

Great place to stay with Family

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Its spacious with a side view of the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, plates, pans and spices if you were to cook. They even have a Keurig, toaster... The indoor heated pool was great since it was a bit cold the week we were there. One downside is that we had to pay extra ($100) for the linens and towels or bring our own. No toilet paper or paper towels provided just FYI. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I & our 28 yr old son took my senior parents on their first trip to the beach in over 18 years and when we opened the door to the unit everyone was in Awwwe! It’s beautiful! You will NOT regret staying here. Everything at your finger tips, top notch kitchen, the view is spectacular right down to the porch furniture that is just beautiful! We did not want to leave ! The pictures online is exactly what you see but better in person ! Gateway Grand is beautiful, it’s quiet and everyone is extremely helpful . To the owners of this unit , you did a superb job in making your condo feel so beachy and beautiful and it truly has everything! One side note, beings we had some elderly people with us the queen size bedroom bathroom the shower could use a handle beings it’s so high just for safer entering /exiting . We loved everything g about your condo and definitely would stay again and pass along the pictures ! Loved the back splash !! The A/C was great and ceiling fans were fantastic helped a lot . We had so much fun and we are jealous we couldn’t stay there permanately ! Paradise on the beach ! You will not be disappointed!!
