Phoenix X 1203 is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condominium offering amazing views from the 12th floor.



• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four, with four additional barstools at the counter.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area includes a sleeper sofa.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom features two queen-size beds.



• Skip the long lines - keyless entry ensures easy check-in and check-out.



• A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. Parking passes are $60 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.

Great communication, nice property with decent amenities. Only complaint was cleanliness could have been better. Kitchen counters were sandy when we checked in and needed a good cleaning and bathrooms were a bit dingy with moldy shower curtain liners. Overall no worse than some other properties we’ve stayed at but given the premium price of this unit it warrants taking away one star.Side note, and not the property’s fault, but the WiFi was terrible, had to use my cell hotspot to get any work done, but you don’t go to the beach for work, right? The owner did provide contact info for the ISP so we could’ve tried to get them to fix it if we absolutely needed to.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were all super comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the overall condo was lovely. We LOVED the balcony furniture. The cushions on all the furniture allowed us to sit out there longer and in comfort.
