The guest will have access to the entire Condo and community pool area, Hot Tub and gym. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there.



If this vacation rental is booked within less than 14 days before arrival, certain community amenities may not be available. We recommend booking in advance to allow sufficient time for HOA processing and community access approvals.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)



**Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and to sign an electronic agreement. Once these steps are completed, we will send you an electronic door code prior to arrival.
