There's plenty of room for the extended family in this large, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beach House and all within walking distance to the beautiful beach, waterways and Coastal Pathway at Golden Beach in Caloundra.

This spacious, newly renovated one-level home is perfect for enjoying with friends and family. With three living areas plus an outdoor entertaining area, everyone has space to enjoy the holiday of their dreams. With windows and doors on all sides of the property, the resulting cool sea breezes will keep the temperature just right, however there is an air con in the living area.

The sparkling inground pool will keep the kids occupied for hours while you enjoy a glass of champagne or a cold beer on the patio. The house is stocked with games, books and toys.....what a great way to encourage the kids to 'unplug' for a weekend, week or even longer.

The safe and beautiful waters of the Pumicestone Passage are walking distance, perfect for even small children to enjoy safely. Bring your tinnie or rent one locally, the boat ramp is seconds away and the fishing is always great. Just a 5 minute drive will see you at many fantastic surf and patrolled beaches and a variety of restaurants and cafes that Caloundra has to offer. But the best patisserie on the coast is within walking distance......a secret the locals don't want you to know!!

The Sunshine Coast needs no advertising and Golden Beach is perfectly positioned to allow easy access to all the Coast has to offer, and only an hour from Brisbane.

Great house for a group

Comfortable house close to everything

Big and welcoming. Plenty room for our extended family of 10. Pool was great and plenty extra touches such as comfortable outdoor seating, a big family dining table and an extra fridge. Toys and games provided if needed. Really enjoyed our weekend.

Christmas in February

Our family couldn't get together for Christmas, so we moved it to February. Waves was a perfect venue, although Caloundra has changed a bit since the early sixties when last I spent time there!

Perfect family holiday

The Wave House is perfect for sharing with extended family. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool and games provided are wonderful for the children. The location is ideal in a nice quiet neighbourhood but just a short walk to parks and the water. We loved our stay so much we are already planning the next trip.
