This lake front cottage is nestled on over an acre of very private and mature landscape, just a 45 minute drive from downtown St. John's. A large family gathering could enjoy fishing from the dock, swimming, or just relaxing by the camp fire. Lake too cold, Newfoundland weather not co-operating? Divert to the outdoor hot tub or relax inside in front of the Jotul wood stove. Inside you can entertain your family in a large kitchen with seating for up to 15. Enjoy the photos!

This was a lovely home right in a lake. Plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds. The bunk room was a particular hit with the kids. Open concept kitchen/dining made for easy family dining/crafting/chatting. Kitchen was well equipped. 8 burner stove! Beautiful country coastal decor. Hot tub and good sized deck made for great outdoor enjoyment along with a dock and pedal boat lakeside. This was a perfect place for our family stay.

Great place for Families

This is our second time staying at this lovely large home in Colliers. We are a large family of grandparents, parents and 5 children. There are lots of places to sleep and the kitchen area is large and inviting. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the children liked throwing rocks in the pond. Julie is so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place

This house is lovely - its cozy, comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The owners are responsive and helpful. The road in is difficult, or was, as of July 2023. Massive rocks, big pot holes in the dirt road. As of July 2023, I highly recommend NOT driving on New Line Road from the east (Conception Bay HIghway) as the road is a mess of rocks hidden in deep puddles that you have to pass through. Our van suffered severe damage from the rocky road, not the last of which was a slashed tire from the sharp rocks.

On the Pond

Great Newfoundland Cabin/Cottage. Sweet Accommodations & lots of space for our family of 10. This area invites you to be outside and we had the beautiful weather for it. Great deck & deck chairs. Dock and swimming for family with a cleared grassy area. Recommend for your NL vacation. The dirt road drive into the cottage is slow but worth it when you arrive.

Lovely stay

Great place to stay. Four families, 13 people total stayed here comfortably. Bunk room upstairs is ideal for the kids. Kids also enjoyed the pond, zip line, fire pit, hot tub, and play house.
