The villa accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with a King bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bath, as well as a Queen bed in the second bedroom with a second full bath in the hallway. New flat-screen televisions in both bedrooms and the living room cater to all your multimedia needs. A beach path just steps from the unit leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean, ensuring quick and easy beach access.

For added convenience, the villa includes 4 backpack beach chairs left at the property, allowing you to be on the beach within minutes of starting your vacation. Additionally, 4 free adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles are provided at the unit. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful month long stay at 44 Forest Garden and loved it! The sofa and beds were very comfortable which is very important to us!! We used the bikes daily. The property was exceptionally clean. Beach chairs and cart were to be available but only 2 chairs were useable. The kitchen needs more pots, pans, silverware and dishes— minimally stocked except for the crockpot!!! Those were just minor inconveniences because otherwise this unit was amazing. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property felt like a home away from home for my workcation. From the moment I walked in, it felt cozy and welcoming, with all the little touches that made it feel special. The kitchen was very nice and included many outlets on the island that I used for my work from home setup. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the pool is so close you can see it through the sliding glass door. This was the perfect getaway and I will definitely book again when I want to escape Ohio winters!

Perfect Getaway

All is nice and new, we very much enjoyed our stay. A suggestion: a further large pot and some more plates would be good, as well as a hot water kettle.
