Three of the four bedrooms feature a King Size bed with the most comfortable mattress you will sleep on while traveling. The 4th bedroom features 2 Queen beds.

The bathrooms are clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay.

The living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. New granite countertops, modern updates, and a bar top for a nice meal to make sure you feel right at home.

The dining area has plenty of seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view out the back window.

The backyard is large well fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.

The Launch Pad is located in a very safe well-established neighborhood located in the middle of the Medical District. Very easy access to shopping, (supermarket is 1 mile away) dining, and entertainment. Located close to everything. Main roads Indiana Ave and 19th Street are nearby as well as Marsha Sharp Freeway. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
