Slikton is an original three bedroom property is located on the Esplanade, and has great views of Kellidie Bay.

This budget property has the living, bedrooms, bathroom and deck upstairs, taking full advantage of the view.

The deck has a weber bbq and outdoor setting. The split airconditioner is very effective and provides heating and cooling.

The laundry is located downstairs.

Guests can also enjoy sitting downstairs under the verandah (chairs in laundry).

Coffin bay Slikton stay

Hello, the location was great and it was somewhat clean just had mold on room in main area, and a hold in the small bedroom front bedroom that went through the floor and you could see outside through the hole, it was damp and continuing to rot, also the outside deck had parts that would sink and didn't feel safe.

Very basic property in a great location

The property is in a great location but almost no care has been taken to make the guest experience pleasant. The property was not very clean and vacuum was left full of dust and hair. The kitchen had adhoc equipment, giving the impression of whatever had been thrown together or leftover from another house. There is no shade on the balcony to enjoy the view. The floor squeaks constantly and the house rattles in the wind. Basically the property has seen better days and should not be rented out. The amount paid was overpriced and would suggest a much better quality property.
