The spacious decks are perfect for gathering to watch the stars and enjoy the sound of the waves and smells of the salty air. Your vacation will be complete with the experience of waking up every morning and falling asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves and a view you'll never forget! You won't want to be inside when you see the outdoor living space under the house with a hot tub and the screened porch for dining and relaxing.

The home was perfect for our vacation. On windy, cold days, we were able to sit inside and still view the ocean and sunrises. This worked well for my elderly mom. The home was clean and we had all the supplies and necessities we needed for our trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful View - So Clean

Amazing views, very comfortable house - so nice to be all one level. Hot tub was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. We had a great stay!

Best Beach House Ever!

We had a blast at Zane’s Beach House! You can not beat the location or the views. It was like we had our own private beach. The house had everything we needed. Thank you!

One of the rooms with an ocean view had bed bugs. All mattresses and box springs in the house had covers that are used for bed bugs and one room had a hole in a cover and bugs crawling around. The emergency number wasn’t answered and they took over a day to respond to the VRBO message. The dryer didn’t work and this was known and a note was left for us using painters tape. Blankets were left in a big ziplock type package and they smelled. The instructions on the package said to return the blanket after use. Two rolls of TP were left in the four bedroom house. We had people sleeping on the couch and no offers to make things right. Great house and TERRIBLE management company. TERRIBLE.

Amazing location and views!

The house was just as described in the listing and is very well managed by the company. It was very clean and well stocked, with a welcome bag when we arrived which was great! The house was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, and everything was completely clean. Being a beachfront house, the views were amazing from inside the house and on the deck. The house is also not too close to neighboring houses. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice, but it was not too far of a drive to shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and everything was provided including towels and sheets. We did not have any problems at all and everything worked. Self-check in and out were also seamless. We will definitely be staying at this house again the next time we’re in the area.

House itself was great. Clean, nice floorplan, easily accessible to the beach. It was well stocked and had pretty much anything we could have needed for cooking. But when we got to the house to check in, our door code did not work. I had to call 3 different numbers before I was able to get help, and still had to leave a message and get called back. I also sent messages through VRBO and STILL have not received a response. The code we were given was completely wrong, when someone from Village Realty called me back she had to give me a totally different code. I have stayed in a lot of rental properties and have never had such a hard time trying to even GET IN the house. To say we were frustrated is a understatement. If youre going to give out incorrect codes you could at least make it easy to get in touch with someone to be able to get in the house.

Great house on a great stretch of not crowded beach!!! Beautiful Sunrise right off the deck or beach, very modern kitchen/bathrooms and very well equipped (even beach towels by owner). Stayed for a week in late April and really enjoyed out stay!! 3 Adults (parents with adult child) and a dog. Even had bowls and baggies for the dog, and every room was very well decorated and comfortable!Thanks for a great week!
