Nice, clean property. Older house but well maintained. Plenty of space for our family of six. Would def stay there again.

Functional Beach House with a Good Location

The property is dated as the pictures indicate. When we arrived the grass was knee high, there was a clear ant problem (traps and dead ants all over), and the home had not been cleaned. The home is listed as not pet friendly but we spent the better part of a morning vacuuming up black dog hair and cleaning the home... Picking dog hair off your child's bottle is very off putting...that said the property management company was responsive and the location was good. It was an easy walk to the beach and very close to the grocery store. The queen beds were comfortable and while the pool was small it was a lot of fun for our preschooler. The pool had a small edge along the perimeter which allowed our preschooler to get in and out of the pool with ease. A few things of note: There are beach chairs at the home (not listed in the description) and while the beach is only a few houses down there are A LOT of steps
