Comfortable home with plenty of room in quiet neighborhood. Grandkids loved the kids bedroom. Large lot with lots of outdoor space including a large fenced-in yard for the dog. Easy walking and biking around town and to the beach.

Great property and location. It was super hot while we were there so didn't get to enjoy the deck and yard but inside was nice and cool.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay at the Koi House! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Your home is beautiful and was just right for our group of 8! We enjoyed eating a couple of meals in, playing cards, and just relaxing after our days at the beach. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The Koi House was the perfect stay for our bachelorette weekend! Walkable to the beach & boardwalk, plenty of sleeping space, great parking. The house has the cutest aesthetic, we all loved the deck and outdoor surfboard shower. Note; the air outside is THICK with flies/mosquitos (unavoidable in coastal NC) so be sure to pack bug spray.

Best Clean House Award

This house was perfect for our stay, plenty of room, the beds and linens were perfect and it’s a great location. My favorite part of this house was how CLEAN it was when we arrived, I did not have to clean ANYTHING prior to starting my vacation with my family. ❤️

Good stay

House was overall good and as expected from the description. It was in a good locations with only a few blocks from the main part of town that was easily walkable. I am in construction so I noticed a few minor things around the house that are in need of repairs, but nothing major that would cause me not to stay at the house in the future.
Response from VrboOwner on 5 July 2025
From the owner: "Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and the 5 stars! We are so glad to hear the house met your expectations and that you enjoyed the great location close to town. We also appreciate your insight, especially coming from someone in construction. We are always working to keep the home in top shape, and your feedback is helpful as we plan future updates. We would love to welcome you back anytime!"

Home away from home

We had an extremely enjoyable stay. The house was very well appointed, clean and organized. There was a welcome board and refreshment basket awaiting us when we arrived. The fenced in backyard was great for our kids! Beds were comfortable, location was great, and we plan on returning. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much! 😊

Peaceful getaway

This place is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the front door it screams welcome home. It's in a very quiet neighborhood which is great if you want to escape the daily Hussle and bussle. The neighbors are very nice and friendly there kids are very respectful they love shooting hoops in there driveway I think it's great. I would definitely book this place again in the future.
