Welcome to our home. It is an elegant five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath villa nestled in the serene, gated Providence community—an exceptional vacation rental destination offering both comfort and convenience near Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

As you step into this beautifully designed, Victorian-influenced villa, you’ll be met with soaring volume ceilings and sunlight streaming through double-row windows, creating an inviting, airy ambiance. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool & Spa heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property and enter the subdivision (max 3 cars are allowed inside the subdivision for each rental and each driver/car needs to be registered at the gate prior to arrival). *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
