Enjoy this 1st floor, walk out unit at one of the most desirable properties! Adjacent to Convention Hall, this lovely bayside condominium project features 4 buildings; each building has one or more elevators, access to the outdoor pool, off street parking and boat docking. Boat docks are available for a fee with on-site registration only on a first come, first serve basis after you check-in. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Some units are NON-SMOKING. Wireless internet access is available along with TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. (Living room TV has limited basic cable service only. Bedroom Smart TVs do not have cable service).

Thunder Island July 2021
Nice location. Pool was a great feature. Short walk to the beach and only a few blocks to the boardwalk. The condo is comfortable for 4 -5 adults/teens. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean.

A very nice Condo and Perfect Location!
I recently took my teenage daughter and 3 of her friends to OC for Senior week 2021. The unit was exactly as pictured on-line and was very nice and clean. The location was awesome! It is located right next to the convention center. It is a very quiet area and the sunset on the bay was beautiful! The management was very helpful at check out. We had a late check in and did not find my key were stated, however a quick call to the managing office directed me to the right place. Very helpful. I would recommend this unit very highly!
