The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Guests have full access to the Isles Beach Club, which includes a spectacular ocean front pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and outdoor tiki bar where you can order food & drinks by the pool. Four tennis courts are also on site.
PLEASE NOTE COMMUNITY POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.

Nearby rentals are available for kayaks, bicycles & golf carts. If you rent a golf cart, there is an outlet available for cart charging in your parking area at the villa. Bath towels & beach towels are provided in the unit for your use, and bed linens are also provided for all WEEKLY rentals. We look forward to your stay with us!

There are beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available for your use, and a beach wagon to easily transport items to the beach. There is also a pack & play and high chair available in the unit.

There is a covered porch with comfortable deck furniture and a dining table to enjoy beautiful sunset views, and a pond with lots of happy turtles – fun entertainment for both kids and adults.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, DVD players, cable TV in every room, high speed internet throughout, games for all ages, an elevator, ocean & marsh views, and is a short walk to the beach.

Family Vacation

Large enough property for our family of 12 that no one was tripping over anyone. Great outside deck for evening and afternoon lunches. Two blocks to the beach and 3 blocks to the pool.

AMAZING Trip and Condo

Dune Our Thing helped make our trip to OIB one of our best yet! This condo was immaculate. Everything we needed was in our unit. The beach equipment, as well as the top-quality furnishings made for a seamless, stress-free, and relaxing vacation. We will be returning!

Dune Out Thing 2023

Low traffic location just off of the main road. Easy beach access and of course the access to the private pool/club. This was our third year in a row and we are planning our fourth. Just a perfect, affordable vacation rental!

Wonderful Villa!

Our villa was beautiful. It was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. It had everything we needed for cooking, towels, beach supplies ect. We loved the back deck over looking the pond. We saw tons of turtles everyday. It was just a short golf cart ride to the pool and ocean. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice, well stocked condo. Plenty of room for our multi generational vacation. The walk to the beach is reasonable for healthy individuals toting large amounts of beach gear. We really enjoyed having the tennis courts and pickleball courts on site. The beach club provides a nice pool, but the amenities there need an update.

Beach condo

We enjoyed our stay even though it was cut short by the coming hurricane. Cliff was great to communicate with. We had plenty of space for our four kids and my in-laws and it was within walking distance of the beach. We enjoyed the back porch, especially watching the sunset one night. We plan to come back and stay again. :)

Really liked the bright and well furnished unit. Very clean and comfortable . It had everything we needed. Only one complaint. We couldn't see all of the tv as it was too big to be inside the cabinet and we did watch a lot of TV in Feb, in the evenings, sports etc. We would recommend this unit and would rent again.

Great Place

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen had nice pots and pans etc. Loved the light bulbs outside and enjoyed the turtles so much. Fed them apples and strawberries. If I had to say anything negative it would be the couch. Maybe time for a new one.. Otherwise it was an awesome place to stay for 2 months to get out of Ohio’s cold weather!😊

Perfect Beach Trip

Perfect beach house for our group of two families with young kids. Everything was clean and fresh. Kitchen was fully stocked. The kids loved watching the turtles from the deck. We loved being able to use the pool at the beach club and then just head out to the beach. One thing we weren’t aware of about ocean isle is that we aren’t allowed to use our canopy on the beach, so we were grateful the rental had chairs and umbrellas for us to borrow, as well as other beach toys for the kids which was super nice. Cliff was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Summer 2023 Vacation

We had a great time at this property on our family vacation. The only negative about our stay was having to wash, dry & fold the towels prior to checking out. I don’t mind washing towels throughout the week to reuse them, but didn’t enjoy having to wash them for the next guest and wasn’t very comfortable with the previous guest washing them for me. I would have expected this to be part of the provided linens/cleaning fees. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we are looking forward to next summers vacation at OIB.

Property was clean and very well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. Very close to the beach, we drove each day and it was perfect. Lot of beach toys for the little ones too. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful Stay! Would Highly Recommend!

This condo was just perfect! Gorgeous updates and furnishing! Well stocked kitchen. Love the deck overlooking the pond. It worked perfectly for my in-laws who use a walker because the elevator goes from parking level to the entry and all the living space is one floor. It was clean, beautiful and darn near perfect. Very easy walk to the beach also. I loved that there was a bathroom for every bedroom also. If you are looking for a condo on the west end of the island this one is excellent. Loved everything about our stay and I would 100% stay again. The management was quick to communicate with and very helpful. We return to Ocean Isle at least twice a year and this is a property I would love to stay in again!
