Really enjoyed our stay, such a cute home, incredibly comfortable, and so thoughtfully cared for and set up - all the little bits and pieces that you need in the kitchen, bathroom etc. Very quiet area, lovely private garden, and great value for money. Cool design, and comfy beds too - everything you need! Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Fabulous place to stay. House had everything you needed and it was so clean and welcoming. It was fully fenced so very safe for the kids to play on scooters. Location was great as it was a short drive to the shops and really close to Havelock North. Great bonus having 2 air conditioning units as it really cooled down the bedrooms on hot nights. Would love to stay again!

A REAL TREAT

We couldn't recommend UNDER THE ELMS enough. The day we arrived was Hawkes Bays coldest day of the Winter so far. The heat pumps were on - the house was warm and welcoming. The gorgeous bathroom tiles were warm! Wine in the fridge, coffee in the pantry, beautiful decor....a real TREAT.

This is such a good spot. Clean recently done up.warm. good modern kitchen. Super new beds. Gas fire 2 heat pumps and a gas fire.handy to havelock or hastings. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Very nice

We were pleasantly surprised at not only how nicely this older home had been renovated, but also how much attention to detail the host had taken. They even had tissues, something we find most hosts neglect. Well recommended.
