Great location!!
Riverview and access. From our riverside yard, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple 2 level semi with a great view that sleeps up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a double bed. Loft with 2 double beds.
Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space For (2) Cars only - no extras.
Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that!?
*In the photos it's the left hand side of that building. The building is divided into (2) 3 bedroom units.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Beautiful location. Cottage needs winter mat at door , curtains that don’t touch baseboard heaters (fire hazard curtain actually burned at bottom) and proper cleaning Sand on window sills, bathroom shower was dirty and cob webs in lamps and ceiling on upper level.

The property was clean and the view is absolutely beautiful of the river of my window. It literally took less than five minutes to walk to the beach, which was great because I didn’t have to pay for parking at the beach, which is super expensive. Great place for a families, especially

The place is great. Tal, the manager is super welcoming, easy to understand for Quebecers. We got there a little bit late but i contact him and he wait for us. Don't rely on bad reviews, the place is correct for 8 people. close to the beach, perfect to go with the kid.

Size of unit is very tight for 8-10 people. One bathroom. Good place for 6 people MAX otherwise it gets way too tight. Overall it was okay.

Holiday

There was 5 people and only 4 chairs to eat meals. Would have helped to have a extra chair or folding chair. The futon was awful to sit on, very uncomfortable for watching TV. Everything else was adequate.
