Barefoot Beach House II: A spacious 4-bedroom cottage in Old Orchard Beach, perfect for 9 guests.

Tucked back behind Barefoot Beach House I (it's 'big sister' property) and only 150 feet from the beach is this a lovely and quaint 4 bedroom 1 1/2 bath beach house that accommodates 6-8 adults/children. Definitely a classic beach house inside and out with bright white walls and pastel colored beach furniture and decor that immediately signals you have arrived for a summer beach experience.

On the first floor you'll find a good-size comfy living/family room with queen futon separate well-equipped kitchen kitchen table with seating for 8.

Upstairs are four bedrooms - 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with a twin bed and another bedroom with two twin bunk beds; and a separate full bath with tub and shower.

Generous wrap-around porch with chairs and table provides a nice spot for morning coffee afternoon iced tea or a nice cold beer after a day at the beach. And speaking of the beach you can walk there in 30 seconds! Parking for 2 moderate-sized cars. Plenty of fans in all bedrooms and living areas no AC but generally that's not a problem; and electric baseboard heat for those early or late season nights!

Extended familiies vacationing together can rent this cottage along one of four additional cottages (Barefoot Beach House I East Grand Resorts Beach House East Grand Resorts Ocean Pearl or East Grand Resorts Blue Haven)

We had a great vacation. House was nice as advertised. Super close to pretty much anything. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Nice property management. One bed listed as a Queen was not a Queen. And when it is super hot and humid, the fans are not enough on the second floor where the bedrooms are. House is old and construction shows it with walls withe spaces and a crooked floor. Overall, our family had an amazing time, but folks should know about the bedrooms and the no A/C effects.
