Oceanfront House with Hot Tub

This beachfront home sits privately nestled in tall trees and gardens among the shores of the Sooke Basin. Conveniently located in Saseenos, only a 5 minute drive to all of the amenities of Sooke and 35 minutes to Victoria.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a gourmet meal along with a dining room table that will comfortably seat 8.

Enjoy the ocean and garden views from the deck while soaking in the hot tub or take it all in while relaxing in the solarium.

The outdoor deck has a 6 person dining set with extra chairs available to seat 8.

> Something to note: There is a 1 min. walk down a slate stone garden path from the parking area to house entrance. A pull cart is provided for ease of carrying luggage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure upper and lower patio doors are closed and locked.
In winter months, turn main heat to 15 and all other rooms off.
Recycling in blue bins (absolutely no food residue or garbage)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house and property are for registered guests only.
Children under 8 years old are not permitted in hot tub. It is a place for adults to relax.
Extra fees charged for negligence of house rules and excessive mess. I.e. Sand in hot tub, dirty hot tub water, extra oven or BBQ mess, window prints.

Becky was a wonderful host. The house was beautiful and very well cared for. The furnishings were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook and serve a large party. The outside seating areas all have fantastic views of the inlet. It was a very peaceful place. We highly recommend this house for your next vacation. It is in such a peaceful location too. Beautiful Birthday Trip

My family and I came to this beautiful property to celebrate my and my daughter's birthdays. We were blown away by the beauty of the location and how thoughtfully the home was furnished and supplied. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, yet ensured we had our privacy throughout the whole stay. We were also very pleasently surprised by how close everything was to the property.

Hot tub heaven

The house is exactly as advertised. Becky and Scott are great. Beautiful home, amazing views, right on the beach. We rented kayaks and paddle boards from Palli Palli which was also great. Seals were all over when we were out on the water. Highly recommend.

Lovely

We so enjoyed the property. Plenty of space for the six of us inside & out. The little extras were appreciated, french press, coffee, shampoo, hairdryer & more. The hot tub on the deck was great. Obviously being on the ocean where we enjoyed sunrises & walks on the beach. Becky was so great with ideas & quick to respond. The sun room was also a definite highlight. Great hikes near by. Highly recommend this property 😊 .

Replenishing Stay

Our family travelled here post a celebration of life - it was the perfect location for us to reflect and recharge. The grounds are beautifully cared for and walks along the beach in the morning will find you marvelling the diversity of wildlife in the area. The house itself is thoughtfully equipped with everything you may need and many hours were spent sitting in the outdoor areas or examining the plants in the garden. Becky and her partner were wonderful, communicative hosts who have made a welcoming home for all visitors - would highly suggest renting this location if you want a space that feels like open arms and welcome reprieve.

Beautiful Peace

This house was perfect for our family and provided such a peaceful spot to relax between adventures! The hosts were so respectful yet fun to char with and ask questions. Located just the right distance from Victoria to be convenient and away from the hustle. We cooked and ate at the house a few nights which had everything we needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!
