Our property is designed specifically for guests. While we do not live on the property, we are available by phone, email, and iMessage. Our office is located on The Square in Crozet (a short walk) and we live in nearby Sugar Hollow.

Located on Carter Street in Crozet, our house is literally steps away from The Square in Crozet where you can find the Mudhouse, Crozet Hardware, Fardowners, Crozet Pharmacy, a library, Piedmont Place, Crozet Bicycle Shop and more. Our house is also within walking distance to Crozet Park with multiple walking trails - paved and unpaved, 2 dog parks, tennis courts, 2 playgrounds, and baseball fields. Golf at Old Trail is 2 miles or 6 minutes by car.

We had a lovely stay in Crozet this weekend. My best friend and I came down for a girls’ weekend and wanted to stay in Crozet instead of Charlottesville. The house was cute and supper clean. Kitchen is extremely well-stocked with nice plates, utensils, and baking dishes. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water. We would happily stay again. Thank you!!

Perfect Spot

We visit Crozet regularly and this was the perfect spot for our gathering.The home is comfortable, clean and very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. It is also in a prefect location to walk to everything in town. It was quiet there with a large private back yard where deer would visit daily. We loved it!!!

Really nice, secluded house in beautiful Crozet

We really loved our long stay! The house is nice, comfortable, and spacious. The location is great. Crozet is beautiful: quiet, peaceful, and perfect if you love nature. Amy and Russ are great hosts, always taking care of every need. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet, people around are all very friendly. Plenty to do around if you love nature, and the national park is only 20 minutes away. We loved our stay and cannot wait to be back!

We have five short term rental properties in the Crozet area - High Street Cottage, Mountain Suite, Train Suite, Carter Street and Sugar Hollow Outpost. We have several other rental properties in the Crozet area.

We live just outside of Crozet in the Sugar Hollow area of Albemarle County. We live on the Moormans River and love it! Hiking, biking, fishing and more are just outside our front door.

We have four mostly grown children and two dogs (Henry and Lucy) and two kitties (Chester and Lizzie).
