Great location

Perfect location—center of everything. Wonderfully decorated and appointed and the price per night is very reasonable. Green Valley is such a great area to vacation—don’t miss the wineries in the Elgin area!

Amenities at this condo were excellent. Well- stocked kitchen had all the cookware and dishes needed. Wide array of coffee and tea supplies provided. Host provided lots of printed info on area attractions. Condo itself very homey, with decorative touches that made it welcoming. Located in central part of town and close to pool, laundry facilities and shopping plaza. Host friendly and quickly responsive to queries.

Everything in the casita was perfect- from the chairs on the patio to the bathroom essentials to the kitchen necessities! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and was very accessible. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vibrant decor combined with a cozy atmosphere. The location is great if you're interested in staying in/exploring Green Valley. This unit has everything you'll need for your stay. Just one caveat--the shower is a bit of a tight fit. I'm 5' 9" average weight and it was just big enough.

This little casita is so charming. Everything about the space is intentional- the colors, the furniture, all of the amenities that make a great visit exceptional. Both the kitchen and bathroom had just the right things. We really enjoyed our time there and we would go back again in a heartbeat.

We were looking for a place to stay for our son's retirement ceremony from the Air Force. This unit fit our needs completely, as advertised. Clean, compact, with all required and advertised amities. While we may never be back in this part of the world again, if we do return, or if friends are going, we would completely recommend staying here! Thank you!

Well Appointed Adorable Southwest Townhouse

We stayed for a week and the townhouse and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook meals. Very thoughtfully stocked. Coffee was much appreciated, choice of drip or pods. The owner’s super nice and approachable. Previous review mentioned about the smoking neighbors. It is true they are dedicated smokers, but the owner placed a fan on the patio which was very helpful. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool is quite close to the townhouse. Met some wonderful folks when we in the pool. We would stay there again.

Good and bad

Property was cute and well equipped. After the initial communication there was zero which normally is fine except when you get to the rental there are instructions about parking and filling out a sheet and getting someone to pick it up. We couldn't enjoy the front patio as the neighbor, who is very nice is also a chain smoker. If you're there on garbage day be prepared to get women abruptly by one of the neighbors dragging the metal garbage can down the sidewalk in the back. We didn't know what the commotion was. Alot of this is not in the owners control but just be aware you are renting where most are living their daily lives.
