This was the perfect place to stay just outside of Niagara on the Lake. Great location, the house and property were very nice, clean, and well kept. We loved the sunroom and vineyard views!
We decided to do a relaxed honeymoon in the Niagara region, and this was the perfect place for exploring the area. Just outside of NotL, in the heart of wine country.
We again thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken and Carrie’s house, well decorated, superb location and we’ll equipped!
Really nice place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner in the gazebo! 👍
We really enjoyed our trip to Niagara and our stay at this lovely VRBO. The home was clean, organized and well maintained. The serene backyard was such a highlight.

We had such a great stay here. Spacious kitchen and living area with everything you would need in the kitchen. Comfortable sun room and large back yard overlooking the vineyard, with a fire it. There were six us of and more than enough room. Will be back for sure!!

Thanks Audrey. So glad you enjoyed your stay. We would love to have you back!
House was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The hosts thought of everything. The house was beautiful and clean and in a quiet area. Rules were clearly laid out and easy to follow. Hosts were accessible if we needed anything. And left us a welcome gift which was greatly appreciated. We actually loved the wine so much that we went and bought some.
I can't say enough. This home was wonderful and filled with every amenity you could possibly need. This was a great place to relax after a day out on the town. We enjoy every minute of being "home". I have done a lot of VRBO homes and this one tops all of them. Thank you, thank you!

Thank you so much for the kind words Deb. We are thrilled you enjoyed the house and your holiday so much. We really do dry to go the extra mile to make people feel right "at home". Please come and see us again anytime!
This property was absolutely beautiful! An updated interior, featuring a beautiful farmhouse aesthetic with a modern take on a split-level home - The proximity of social spaces for a split level is lovely in relation to the location of the kitchen. We absolutely loved the kitchen layout with the oversized island large enough for us all to gather.
The sunroom was our absolute favorite spot - with a beautiful view of the vineyard. We found ourselves spending much of our time socializing in this space. The fire pit off the sunroom was also a lovely feature for us to enjoy
The property provided you with all the basic necessities - we highly recommend this property for any vacation whether it be a family or friends vacation.

Thanks so much Ashley. You were a pleasure to deal with. We really have tried to make the property comfortable for all who come, whether it be socializing or down time. There are lots of different spots to enjoy, whether it be the sunroom, the backyard or the front porch. We are always looking for ways to make it an optimal experience for our guests so thanks for your couple suggestions!
Ken and Carrie’s place is a recently renovated and well-appointed house, set in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood that is surrounded by vineyards and very close to NOL.
However, it should be noted that Ken and Carrie will not hesitate to stop by the house if you are not quick to respond to their messages, which will prevent the renter from “unplugging” during their stay.
Furthermore, they also have cleaning policies (tearing down bedding, starting loads of laundry, and running & unpacking the dishwasher) above and beyond the normal courtesy and tidiness that makes the upfront $175 cleaning charge questionable.
Overall, it was a good experience in a beautiful location, but potential renters should be aware that there are additional policies from those advertised online.

To all our future guests,
All our policies are laid out in the documents we sent you ahead of your arrival and are also located in the house binder at the property. We decided to omit the several rules broken regarding the number of people on the property as an oversight on the part of the guest. Clearly they did not read any of the information posted or sent to them ahead of time or ask for an exception for the number of the people on the property. Emptying the dishwasher and clearing bedding are very common for short term rentals especially when there is same day turnover. We pride ourselves on having our cleaners do a top to bottom cleaning of the property which takes up most of the time between check out and check in of the next guest. When a guest does not respond to an inquiry regarding house rules for over half a day we will follow up directly as we live just around the corner. Most guests find it very handy to have us close by for any questions or concerns.
This property has everything you need for a perfect getaway! My friends and I loved the layout, modern furnishings, and bright feel of the place. It was close to all the wineries and old Niagara. And the firepit was the perfect ending to a day of sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here!
