A great Honeymoon getaway

The home was beautiful and very clean. It's very secluded and the surrounding are awesome. We had a few minor issues that could be addressed.:1. The deck is extremely slippery in the winter, we knew this but my wife actually fell one night after getting out of the hot tub. It would be nice to have matts or no slick surface path to the hot tub.2. There was only one roku remote for all 3 TVs.3. There was no remote for the Surround sound/TV in the main room.4. The checkin and checkout times are an hour off from most rentals: 4pm and 10am.Again we had a wonderful time and loved the place.

The property its self is beautiful. Comfortable beds. The steam shower was amazing!! However The bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Adult products were left behind in the main bathroom..The hot tub was broken and never reached temperature which was super disappointing. We were told that it takes up to 48 hours to heat after we arrived but that never happened. So the hot tub was unusable. The water taste horrible so make sure to bring drinking water. Maintance guy showed up 30 mins before the end of our stay to change tv remotes. And told us the hot tub was not maintanced before we arrived.There also was two broken lamps just turned around with all of that we would still stay here again. The house is a sweet little cabin tucked in the woods with very romantic vibes.

Housekeeping was notified, the team has retrained on our checklist, and we’ve increased inspections to prevent a repeat. I’m also sorry the hot tub never reached temperature. Our maintenance team inspected it after your stay, confirmed it needed service, and scheduled repairs and additional monitoring. It will be ready soon for future guests. We also asked maintenance to review timing so repairs or visits aren’t done right before checkout. We addressed the broken lamps and the TV remote swap and asked housekeeping to check for any other items that need attention.
