The updated and fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and living room and dining area provide ample space to eat, converse and watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted flat screen TV. When it's time to head to the beach, you've got a private dune entrance to easily get you out there and when you return, an outside foot shower awaits so you can rinse off that pesky sand. Ideally located, Boca Grande is close to a number of notable restaurants including Fager's Island, Bad Monkey and Alley Oops. Its proximity to Route 90 enables you to get in and out of Ocean City easily, but you also are only a few miles from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk by car or city bus. This owner has beach equipment including an umbrella and a few beach chairs available for their guests' use. Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include two full sized beds in the primary bedroom, double bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa if needed in the living room. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper towels. A stack washer and dryer is provided in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
