WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Resort-like condo

Tennis courts and pool were awesome! The chair service at the beach was excellent. So much to do, dolphin tour, pier, shops, beach...Everything was close and accesible.

Saida Towers IV 604

Good location, good view of the gulf, and over looking the pools and tennis courts. The inside had plenty of room with a large dining room table and a big sectional for watching TV. Bedrooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic

We were pleased that the property was just as it was listed online. The condo was located near all the pools, Whiskey Shack and tennis courts. We didn’t need to want for anything in the condo as it was equipped very well! The condo was big enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Saida Towers will definitely be on our return list!

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was updated and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only problem we had was the ice make in the fridge did not work properly. However, maintenance ordered the parts to fix it. The outside of the building itself could use some updating/paint.

Perfect location

Very nice condo with perfect views. Easy beach access with surrounding restaurants. Look just like the pictures. Check in was simple just at a different location and with traffic it took us awhile just to get down the street to check in. The sinks in the master bathroom had a bad odor but after closing them that fixed the odor issue. Other than that definitely would recommend. Thanks for having my family and I.

Property at Saida

The condo was amazing. So nice and well equipped. I was there a few hours early and although it was clear the cleaning had already been completed, they refused to let me in. Seems staying for a week that this could have been arranged through south Padre Island Rentals. The pools are bath water so would be good to circulate some water throughout the day. Otherwise such a great place to be with many amenities and great location.

Very nice place!

Stayed with my parents, sisters, brother and my kids… clean, cute aesthetic, has everything you needed…loved the location of the beach but it was very crowded and the pool as well. For sure you gotta get the pina colada’s 🤤 we’ve been staying at the saida towers for years and we really enjoyed the fresh modem look of the room! Also, it was stocked with beach toys and boogie boards… the showers were clogged, but someone came right away after a quick text to the owner. I would recommend you bring your own blankets because there are none available to snuggle in the living room

Overall, it was a nice stay. The property was clean and nicely furnished. The toilet in the master bathroom was a low flush toilet so at times we had to flush several times to get it emptied. We did not have this issue with the guest bath. Also, I did not care for us having to get towels off-site. We only ventured off the property a couple of times for dinner and did not want to have to bring our dirty towels with us to exchange. We did have a couple of days where there was no water due to a line break but that was out of anyone's control just a bit annoying especially coming back from the beach. Also, I must have missed this in the listing but two of the pools were heated which does not make sense for summertime in Texas. I understand during the off-season but going to to pool during the day felt like we were taking a bath instead of cooling off.

Absolutely perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. My husband became ill during our stay and I contacted the property manager about extending our stay and they made it quick and easy. We plan to return in the future!
