We're back! You've had to put your vacation to Fort Myers Beach on hold, but we are ready for you now! No need to put your vacation off any longer. While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully to ensure you have everything you need for your next vacation. We look forward to hosting you for your next vacation.
Amazingly, newly renovated poolside unit! Stunning transformation, including all new furniture, appliances, AC, freshly painted interior, new granite countertops, brand new bathroom and so much more! Ground level units,1 bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath, open concept kitchen, dining area and living room offering ample seating and large screen TV. This is a multi-family property that shares a sparkling NON-HEATED pool and spillover spa with 5 other units. It is located a short walk from the beach. Great for a last minute getaway or rent all six villas for a larger group. Please note that due to lack of storage space this unit does not come with beach chairs or a beach wagon. Make this your next beach getaway, you won’t regret it!!
A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are NOT permitted in this property.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.

Battery recharged!

This place was beautiful and if you’re lucky enough to be there when the owner is there, it’s top notch. Karen is incredibly gracious and makes you feel right at home. She told us all of the fabulous places to eat at and see, as well as sharing stories about Hurricane Ian’s devastation. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and the weather was perfection!

Spring Break 2022

Location was excellent. Enjoyed the entire week. This property was close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. The only downfall of this property was that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom.

Great location. Nice pool. Was fun meeting some of the other renters at the pool. Managers were attentive. Would have liked beach paraphernalia but wasn’t a must have. Would stay there again.
