Designer living with stunning views across the bay, a spa and coast walks.

Belle Cove is an idyllic spot for your next holiday!  Luxurious, with spectacular 180 degree views across the bay, great indoor & outdoor living areas, a spa pool, access to the coast & beaches - there is plenty of reason to never venture far from the property!  But within a few minutes drive are amazing beaches, wineries & restaurants - what more do you want?

Belle Cove has two separate dwellings - perfect for the extended family, or a group of friends.  The Villa is larger & well set up for entertainment, with indoor & outdoor dining and living options.  The open plan living area includes a large living room, a TV, a dining area and a well equipped chefs kitchen.  This opens onto a covered outdoor dining area, and multi level decks overlooking the gulf.  On the lower deck is the spa pool.  To the other side of the living area is a covered outdoor courtyard, with an outdoor fire.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, with a bath overlooking the bay, and an ensuite shower room. Downstairs, beside the outdoor courtyard, is the annex bedroom with ensuite.  Both bedrooms have TVs and Sky TV.  The master bedroom has a heat pump/air con, and there is ducted heating/air con on the ground floor of the house, as well as a gas fire in the living area, and a wood fire in the covered courtyard.

Across a courtyard from the Villa, is the Cabana.  This is a self contained cottage with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have aircon/heatpumps, and there is a gas fire downstairs, so this is lovely & cosy in the winter.

There is also a separate laundry pod, with an outdoor enclosed shower.

Built on a sloping site, you can wander down through the beautifully maintained garden to a cliff top entertainment deck overlooking the bay - perfect for doing yoga, or a drink as you watch the sun go down!  From here a path takes you down to the coastline, where you can go swimming, fish off the rocks, or explore the coast!

Located just a minutes drive (or a 20 minute walk) from the gorgeous Onetangi beach, with 2km of golden sand as well as a couple of great cafes & restaurants!  Within a few minutes drive are multiple world class vineyards & restaurants, a golf course, Eco Zip and horseriding.  This is the perfect spot for a break - talk to us now!

Beautiful spot and lovely character home, the beds are quite small but great for a small group. Fantastic veggie gardens and well built stairs all the way down to the beach. Excellent wells up house

Beautiful, but key details of the property were misleading.

Lux and beautiful, but the description of the private beach was misleading. It's actually more of a rocky, dangerous beach. High tide was workable but not otherwise. Spa wasn't fully operational. Also, the guest details often contradicted itself.
