Your perfect home away from home. This beautifully restored Queenslander offers space, comfort, and desirable features situated in the heart of Agnes Water. Conveniently located just a stroll to cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach yet still set amongst a quiet & friendly street.
This holiday home's features are perfect for a family or two to share providing spacious rooms, free wifi & catering for up to 12 people. Enjoy the gorgeous resort style swimming pool, bring the boat with parking provided within the house grounds. Your family pet can also join in - the yard is fenced - strictly outside only and a maximum of 2 dogs permitted. Enjoy the beautiful surrounding decks perfect for alfresco dining complete with furniture & bbq.

- Enormous air conditioned open plan lounge & dining area , very spacious lounge & huge TV - Free wifi
- Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large family fridge freezer with ice maker, electric oven & gas stove top plus Nespresso coffee pod machine ( byo pods)

- Wrap around decks with dining setting, seating &bbq
- Full laundry with washer & dryer, 3rd toilet plus storage area located under the house.
- Ceiling fans throughout, all linen provided, byo pool towels

Yard area includes - Impressive swimming pool with sun lounges (byo towels), outdoor hot/cold shower, a fenced grassed yard - perfect for poochy (please clean up after pooches) and boat parking available for at least 2 boats down the side of the property plus wash area, located just 5km from 1770 boat ramp & marina.

don't bother staying here

no hot water, lied about parking room for boat securely in yard. lied about freezer space, air-conditioning did not work. very cold house in winter. to top it off real-estate agents were terrible and rude.

Hi Clayton, I'm not sure you have the the right property? Westacombe has boat parking available for at least 2 boats down the side of the property plus a wash area, with ample uncover car parking. The property offers a large family fridge freezer with ice maker. my apologies if you had hot water issues while in house. upon further conversations with the accommodation staff no maintenance issues were flagged during your stay. This would have been rectified immediately for you.
