The vacation house is a spacious home centrally located in Cape Coral. The patio with a comfortable seating area and breakfast table offers plenty of space to enjoy your vacation. The pool is heated electrically and by solar, so it invites you for a swim even during the winter season.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Sunny Paradise! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und einen großartigen Pool. Alles war so wie beschrieben und hat funktioniert. Auch die Garage konnte benutzt werden, was sehr hilfreich war, da man über die Garage alle Einkäufe ins Haus tragen konnte. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben war ein Wäscheständer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!

Best home yet

We have stayed in the Cape Coral area for the last 5 years and Sunny Paradise was by far the nicest home we have had. The home was clean, very well stocked and the pool was exquisite. The management company was very accommodating and so easy to deal with. All questions were answered within minutes. Thank you Sandra for making our stay so amazing. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We just got back from staying at this beautiful home in Cape Coral! This property EXCEEDED our expectations! We knew it was going to be nice by the very accurate photos, but when we got there, everything was so beautiful and clean! We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The property had plenty of space for a family of 5 and even more guests if needed. The 3-car garage was amazing! It contained a bunch of pool floats for us to use while we stayed there. The neighborhood was very quiet and we never felt disturbed by anything. There is a big screen tv in all of the bedrooms and there are plenty of bath towels and towels for the pool!! Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you for such a great visit!
