Chillin at Oaks is a perfect place to enjoy your next holiday.
Any time of the year is great in Port Stephens, if you love the beach we have them, if you love restaurants we have them, if you love bush walks we have them, if you love shopping for those special things we have them or if you just love coming to a new area and exploring all it has to offer, then Chillin at Oaks is the place.

Due to COVID if you book in advance and are put in lock down by the Government I am willing to over ride the Strict cancellation policy and offer a refund or for you to re schedule (rates may alter when re scheduling).

Chillin at Oaks is a one bedroom unit on the second floor of the Oaks Lure complex.
It has just what you need for a holiday. Air conditioning, WIFI, full kitchen, lounge room with a TV, large balcony, pool in the complex and a BBQ area for you to enjoy.
In walking distance to all the boutique shops, restaurants and the Marina in Nelson Bay. Just park the car and enjoy.
Chillin at Oaks, the perfect place for a couple to enjoy a special holiday in Port Stephens.
Located in the centre of Nelson Bay, you can leave your car at the complex and go exploring.
The lounge room is open plan and adjoins the kitchen and dining space.
The kitchen has a stove top, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge. There is a dining table and chairs.
The balcony is not poky, it is the length of the lounge and bedroom making it comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the sea breezes or to enjoy your morning coffee.
The bedroom has a king bed and a built in ward robe.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and shelving.
The complex has a pool and BBQ area that is shared by other guests.

Linen is provided (Sheets, pillow cases, 2 x bath towels, 2 x hand towel, 2 x bath mats and 2 x tea towels) you just need your beach towels. The bed will be made for your arrival.

No party groups or schoolies are permitted to book this unit.

Complex and Strata rules are to be followed while staying in this unit.

As this unit is not rented through the Oak's Lure complex all correspondence is to be made via myself (The Host).
