Great place. It is a little outdated (Shower & oven) everything was available from coffee pot to dishes and cups. Communication and check in was amazing. We definitely will use this place again

On the surface the property looked clean but the blinds had thick layers of dust, the air filter hadn't been changed in quite a while leaving the place smelling stale, the cabinets hadn't been wiped out and were dirty. The main bedroom bathroom toilet paper holder is coming off the wall, the laundry closet door knobs are coming off the door, the shower curtain in the bathroom has mildew stains and should be replaced. The sheets in the bunk room smell sour. The location is perfect but the property needs to be sanitized as it is noted on the check out instructions.

Very nice upgraded beach house. Great 3 bedroom bath with lots of room. 2 baths were convenient for our family. 4 adults 3 children. Even had washer dryer great add to wash beach towels before we left. No sand yeah. Great hostess. The water view were awesome. The outside porch was wonderful. Great space. Saw a full moon on porch over beach. Stunning. Watched stars with kids. Very convenient to get there from Houston.

Loved the location! Be sure to bring your own drinking water, as the host reminded us!Only about 35 miles/45 minutes from Moody Gardens in Galveston!

Enjoyed our stay

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. The beach house was clean and has a good layout with the rooms. Though it’s a second row beach house, it’s such a short walk. The views were good and we loved the sound of the ocean while sitting on the porch.

We loved the updated interior and easy beach access. The outside shower was very nice for rinsing off too. Our family of 8 found this to be a perfect space!

Great place!

Great location, great place, Had a great time. The house is much bigger than the pictures Show. Beach access is great, maybe 300 feet away from the water. We had a great time and will definitely put us back on our list to use again in the near future.

Perfection

This was the perfect size house in the perfect location for our weekend getaway for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds and a wonderful, large deck with a great view. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be renting this one again!
