Honest review of this villa, user error I’m sure but the villa we arrived at was not the villa in the photos - this was probably in the fine print however it wasn’t obvious and as huge Star Wars fans the kids were a little disappointed the games room wasn’t themed the way they expected. For me this lacked the small details that would elevate this villa to the next level - the draws in the frozen room were totally broken (a small thing but this villa lacked bedroom storage) the outside furniture was mould stained again something that could be easily fixed and would elevate to the next level - what I will say is none of these things directly impacted my stay . We had an issue with trash left over the grass and the host contacted me several times and rectified this. Overall a great holiday in a comfortable home was just slightly less magical than the images but I do appreciate this is the end of the season and this villa would of been used and potentially the host not have time to rectify the points I raised.

Host and property managers were great. Needed maintenance done, they responded and fixed the issue while we were out for the day. Our house was big enough for all of us and very comfortable. Biggest negative was noise and security as far as houses around us. We had some things stolen from our pool area, and the inability of some neighbors to understand that screaming at each other and thumping music after 10 or 11pm was very disappointing. It was 4th of July, so I understand fireworks being set off, but an hour of them at midnight right outside our window was too much, especially when we had to drive home at 6 am. Not sure we would stay here again, but it was a good change from staying at resort sights.

The house was the perfect size and the kids were entertained by the game room and movie room. Just know that the pictures may not be of the specific house you get but very close. The property management team was very responsive and helpful.
