African Mahogany cabinets and 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine floor.

This condo ensures highest comfort and convenience! Fully equipped with central AC and a full-size washer & dryer, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Featuring 3 flat-panel televisions (Smart TV in living room) offering a large selection of channels and streaming options.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed, writing desk, full size dresser, master bath for deep luxurious baths and a separate shower, lanai with table and chairs over looking the Sleeping Giant. The second master bedroom offers a small lanai, queen bed, a master bath of its own with a soaking tub and access to the third bathroom with a shower. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room so this condo can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the tropical resort property, enjoy a beautiful Koi pond just outside the open air lobby, a large pool complete with 2 slides and plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, family and adult Jacuzzis. There is a shallow, sandy bottom area of the pool for young children. Access to the beach, gym and spa. The beachfront Oasis restaurant and bar is just steps from the pool.

Restaurants, grocery and clothing shopping are right across the street. A beachside walking/bike path runs right past the resort for miles and leads right into downtown Kapa’a. Ideal for biking, running or an early sunrise stroll.

Cleanliness and Safety: In keeping with our high cleaning standards, our units are thoroughly cleaned for every guest arrival. Each property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using EPA approved disinfectants. We pay special attention to high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. Our housekeepers are thoroughly trained on the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC.

The resort fee includes WIFI, lighted parking, local calls, and fresh daily pool towels for each guest.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Rental was clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the beach gear (chairs, cooler, etc), which made the trip much easier. The kids wore themselves out at the pool on more than one occasion and we all enjoyed wandering the resort as well as the local neighborhood.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

This was the perfect location for our Hawaii beach getaway. The condo had plenty of room, very clean, and kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of amenities like beach, equipment, chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc..The beach front resort had a huge pool complete with slides and hot tub. Also walking distance to restaurants. We definitely plan on returning, thank you!

Good location on the island for access to other areas. Convenient for groceries and restaurants close by (walking distance). Beach not very swimmable for intermediates but wading was good and the sunrise was beautiful

Waipouli Beach Resort

Great condo in great location. We loved Kauai! The condo was in a great resort with a nice beach area and a restaurant as well as a great pool with hot tub, lazy river and slides. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay on the coconut coast!

We loved our stay at this condo. The pool is amazing and never crowded, and hot tubs available for adults and a family one. Staff were very friendly, facilities were clean, and the location was great for getting around to each part of the island. My parents have stayed at other places in Kauai and were really happy with the accommodations. We would definitely come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect- not far from the airport, central location to easily get to the north and south areas of the island, and in walking distance to grocery, restaurants and all that you need. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Got to see a Monk seal on the beach and the pool was awesome! I would recommend!

This property was perfect for the 5 of us. The lanai was my favorite place to have breakfast. Others wrote about the view of the parking lot from the lanai as npt the best, however, the property is beautifully landscaped and you can see the mountains so it wasn't a big deal. The beds were comfortable and it was very spacious. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, great location, very spacious and right on the beach! Equipped with beach chairs and a umbrella. Check in was seamless. Candace and Rick was quick to respond. We definitely recommend renting this condo. We are already planning our next trip.

Great Stay in Kapaa

This unit was better than expected. It is located near many good restaurants. The checkin process was clear and easy to follow. The room was very clean when we checked in. There was no problems that needed to be addressed by Kauai Calls. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped including several new high end appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lovely condo

Feb. 2023, 4 adults. Nice central location, easy to go North or South. Downside is this condo overlooks the parking lot, but we weren't in the condo much. We saw rainbows every day from the patio. Condo is clean and well-supplied. Pool and hot tubs are also clean and well-maintained. Restaurant was wonderful. Overall, a comfortable place to stay in Kauai.

Family Vacation

The large kitchen was nice for our family of 2 adults and 3 adult children. The kitchen was equipped with everything except nonstick pan spray and pepper. It would have been a nice touch if you provided coffee pods too. The beds were WAY to soft for our liking. They killed our back. But the place was nice and spacious and everything was very clean.

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and spacious. Issues that came up during stay (primary shower slow to drain, need for vacuum) were taken care of promptly by the property manager. Dishwasher did not get get dishes clean- maintenance came and evaluated and further work up was ordered as they could not initially find any issue. Pool/grounds was beautiful. Gym was small and wish it had more equipment. I wish the property had a grassy area for small children to run around and play. Location was great! It was right in the middle of Kapaa - lots of coffee shops, near grocery and an easy drive north or south of the island.

Beautiful and comfortable resort

We vacationed with our son and his family. Although they stayed in a separate condo. The swimming pool is the very best part of the resort. We all loved the lazy river and the slides. The beach in front is very nice. Loved watching the sunrises each morning. The only somewhat drawback was the code system for the room and pool. I realize it can be expensive to have the card system but it is much easier. Having to remember all the codes to get into the pool is a bit confusing. We managed though but did have to help others with their codes. Our room was very satisfactory and comfortable. The cook top did not work. We unlocked the cooktop and put a pan on to make eggs but the burner would not heat up. Just an FYI for future guests.

I left my heart on Kauai

The awesome: -centrally located for activities & travel between towns -close to Lydgate for snorkeling kiddos & beginners -pool was wonderful -walking on the beach every morning was amazing -right across from Safeway for necessities -right across from Starbucks too -there is a Keurig- not pictured or listed, but it's there! -there are blowdryers & even a little magnifying mirror! -cooler & beach chairs were used religiously -pool staff are friendly and helpful -be sure to catch the live music on Wednesdays at the onsite restaurant. But make a reservation! It is packed! -the onsite restaurant drinks are delicious-we did not eat there, but were told that their burger is the best on island The not so awesome: -the freezer does NOT work & my ice cream turned to soup -the view from the room is of the parking lot & Safeway- but we were barely in our room anyway. The how can it improve? -a beach umbrella would be fantastic Many memories were made & they were all glorious! It was an epic vacation & we would stay at this resort again. I think we would prefer a better view next time. But this space was incredibly clean and perfect for our family of 4.

Accommodations are great for families traveling with small children and for adults traveling with another couple. The floor plan works well with two separate bedrooms separated by a shared living room and kitchen. The third toilet is a nice luxury.One should note that although the name has the word resort in it, I would not categorize this location as a full on resort as the food choices on property are extremely limited. The onsite restaurant opens at 4pm and there is no room service. That being said there are plenty of food options within walking and driving distance.The kids enjoyed the pool and pool slide. It was the right size to fell comfortable with kids.The owner/management of our accommodations was very responsive and accommodating.Side note, if you forget something needed for your toddler or baby there are plenty of rental options available that do drop off and are extremely affordable. We specifically used Shayleen Moore for a few items.

Perfect home base for island adventures

We’ve stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort before and we love the location — Safeway and shave ice across the street, the great pool with slides and towel service, the proximity to Kapa’a by foot, etc.We loved going a couple minutes down the street to Lydgate Park to relax in the gentle waves. We did a lot of hiking and the condo was a perfect home base for all our activities. We can’t wait to return.
