This spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bath home in ChampionsGate Resort has five king bedrooms, a Guardians of the Galaxy-inspired game room, a media room for movie nights, a fully equipped kitchen and your own private pool, backing onto open green space for extra privacy. And it's a short walk to the Oasis Club: resort pool, water slide, lazy river and more. Disney is about 15 minutes away. Big family reunions, welcome home!



The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in ChampionsGate Resort – a spacious eight-bedroom, five-bathroom home with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 20 guests to spread out. The house backs onto open space, giving you extra privacy around the pool.



SLEEPING: two king master suites plus three more king bedrooms (Bedrooms 4, 5 and 7); Bedrooms 3 and 6 each have a double and a single bed, and Bedroom 8 has two double beds – perfect for kids, teens and cousins.

FUN: a stunning game room inspired by Guardians of the Galaxy and a media room for movie nights – the kids (and grown-ups) will never be bored.

LIVING: a bright open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for big family meals, and a washer and dryer inside the home.

OUTDOORS: your own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival. Please note the BBQ grill at this property is not available for rent, but we can offer alternative grill rental options – just ask!

RESORT: the Oasis Club is within walking distance, with its resort-style pool, water slide, lazy river, splash pad, fitness center, movie theater, arcade and restaurant.



LOCATION: about 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and SeaWorld, and just minutes to Publix, Starbucks, restaurants and shops in ChampionsGate.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, game room, media room, kitchen, laundry and all eight bedrooms. Registered guests also get full access to the ChampionsGate resort amenities, including the Oasis Club with its lazy river, water slide, pools, fitness center and more (all guest names must be registered before arrival for resort access). Parking is available right at the home.



The Neighborhood:

ChampionsGate is one of Orlando's favorite resort communities – a gated, beautifully landscaped neighborhood in Davenport, just off I-4. Golf lovers will enjoy the two championship courses designed by Greg Norman, while the whole family will love the Oasis Club: a huge clubhouse with a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slide, splash pad, fitness center, tennis center, arcade, movie theater and an on-site restaurant and bar – and this home is a short walk from it.



Right outside the resort you'll find a Publix grocery store, Starbucks, pharmacies and plenty of restaurants. And with Walt Disney World about 15 minutes away and Universal Studios and SeaWorld about 25, you're perfectly placed for every theme-park adventure.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35 minutes by car; I-4 and the 429 whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 15 minutes and to Universal Studios and SeaWorld in about 25. The resort clubhouse is a short walk away. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER: The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: The BBQ grill at this property is not available for rent. We can provide alternative grill rental options for your stay – please message us for details.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
