Escape and enjoy the delightful and sunlit Land and Sea Carriage home, a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom carriage home that is nestled just 2 homes away from the beautiful beaches of Rosemary. This home has many unique design elements such as oak wood floors and palettes to resemble the colors of the Gulf. Enter the home from its private entrance and step inside into the open living area and kitchen. A comfortable sofa and two club chairs provide plenty of seating for guests to relax and watch HDTV. In the kitchen you have all of the tools and appliances you would find in the comfort of your own home. The living area is adjoining the master bedroom, which includes a king size bed and a full private bathroom. This room can be closed off for privacy with louvered doors. Step out onto the home’s private balcony, which is perfect for admiring Rosemary Beach’s architecture and winding down at the end of a fun day. The home is within walking distance to all of Rosemary’s unique shops and restaurants, and just steps away from the beach and Barbados Pool. Land and Sea Carriage is the perfect spot for a couple looking for a getaway and to enjoy all that Rosemary and 30A have to offer.

Amazing location!

This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. We only had 2 carry on size suitcases and a few open colapsable type bags and had to leave them in a corner. Just some space under the bed would have been nice to tuck them away but the way the bed was, it was impossible to slide anything under it. This didn't detract from our stay however. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Very close to beach access. No ice maker. Oven issue addressed and fixed. Air conditioner does not go below 69, no fans.

Awesome place, location, everything

The Carriage house was nothing less than impressive. The location couldn't be any better to town (30 sec-1min walk) and about the same to the beach. Made going into town so easy and walking to the beach. It was very clean with all the amenities. The oven didn't work when we were there, but that is literally the only "con" that we experienced. The bed is super comfortable. has smart TVs so you can log into all you apps to watch, which was nice since we had to bring our own Roku last time. I dont have one negative thing to say about this property.

Great location to the beach

Overall experience with Land and Sea Carriage House was good. The Parking situation in Rosemary is definitely a problem. Not being able to park at the residence was a draw back. Street parking can take 30 minutes to an hour to find and then having to walk all the way to the property was not ideal.

Bare-minimum accommodations

The only redeeming quality about this property is the location- it’s super close to the square with all the shops/restaurants and the boardwalk to the beach. The space overall is OK but the lack of investment in the furniture and amenities is very palpable (mattress, sheets, bath towels, porch chairs, tiny old school tv, ineffective curtains, etc.,). The curtains aren’t blackout; there’s no icemaker; the thermostat is governed, preventing a comfortable sleeping temp; and the people staying in the main house park right in front of the entrance and put all their belongings in your path. We literally had to walk in the mulch to get outside of the driveway and had to physically finagle our bikes into the street because there was no egress. The view is of someone else’s pool and you can’t see the ocean at all. We were trying to find an alternative as soon as we checked-in and would have changed if we could. We are currently en route home and cannot wait to get a good night’s sleep, finally. This place is worth $250/night MAX. Anything higher is a total rip off. There are better options!
