This place is in a perfect location. Couple minutes from downtown Estes Park and a couple minutes from RMNP entrance. Beautiful and clean place to stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.
Walking in my husband commented on how nice a place it was. That is an understatement! The sounds of the river in the back and the aspen trees & birds outside the bedroom window were so peaceful and relaxing. The sheets & towels smelled amazing and there were so many little extras throughout the condo. Check in and checkout were seamless. We had a wonderful time & can not say enough great things about our amazing stay. We recommend this place 100% and are already planning a return visit! You will not be disappointed.
Very nice, quaint place to stay. The owners put a lot of care into this property. I would not recommend for any more than two people. It was tight but... you don't go to Estes Park to stay inside and it was more than adequate. I will book again!
This was a great spot to hide out and work on my business plan for the year. Fast internet. All cooking utensils were available. Quick response when I needed the door code. Quiet area.
We really enjoyed the property and the location. There were a few things needing fixed. The bathroom sink towel rack was about to fall out of the wall, one light in the vanity was out and the screen door handle was broken. These are little things that can be fixed. The property was beautiful. There is no A/C on this property.

Did not meet expectations
The photos are misleading, and make the unit look much nicer than it is. We weren’t aware there was no AC since we booked it through a third party that did not mention this, but we were lucky it was cool enough at night with the windows open. The kitchen is disorganized and feels like you’re living in someone’s messy home. The spices were mostly empty or sticky on the outside and the kitchen equipment was not clean or in good condition. The amenities in the bathroom were not nicely set up with a ton of mini shampoos and multiple soaps lying everywhere. The shower curtain rod was broken from where it was meant to be installed on the wall. The table outside was dirty and the chairs were wobbly. There was just a lot in this apartment that fell short and could be easily made so much better with just some attention and proper care. But, we loved the location.

Beautiful view, some minor downsides
The condo was good overall. The upsides:- Beautiful view of Fall River. - Fantastic location close to town and park. - Basic kitchen items provided. - Soft bed and towels.- keyless entry. - clean. The downsides:- Coffee maker didn’t work. Owner said he would replace it, but never did. We had to buy coffee every day (did fall in love with Kind Coffee though!)- The safety strips in the bathtub are coming up. Unsafe and a little gross. - The sofa is narrow and uncomfy. - shower items were supposed to be provided. There were literally a dozen conditioner bottles, no shampoo or body wash. - communication with owner was slow. We would stay in the condominium again, but maybe a different unit.

I loved staying here. The balcony overlooking the flowing river was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. The updates made to the condo were beautiful. Kitchen is stocked with so many useful tools and even spices and storage containers if needed. There was even firewood and supplies to build a fire-which we didn't get around to doing but if we had more time we would have. The location is perfect. Quick access to Park entrance and a short, beautiful drive into town for shopping, eating and errands. If I ever get back to this area again, I will certainly try to come back to this very condo. The ONLY complaint I have is the wifi constantly boots you off. You have to keep doing the log in screen. We were on our data plan the majority of the time due to this. It was minor, and everything else about our stay made up for that! This place is as absolute GEM!
Overall, the location and finishes of this property were very nice! The only negative for me was the lack of air conditioning. We were aware of this prior to our trip, but having never been to Colorado, we decided we should be okay without air conditioning after talking with family and friends who had previously visited the area. Unfortunately, it was a bit warmer than usual the time we visited, and the unit was quite warm during the day. There is no ceiling fan in the main living area, so not much air flow in that area. We had a fan with us, so that helped. The bedroom stayed cooler with the ceiling fan and provided wall fan. All this to say, if you are used to having a cool/constant 70 degrees in your home, I would choose somewhere with air conditioning. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property.

Door Code Failure
The main issue was the door code was not set correctly when we arrived after 4pm (which is checkin time). I tried [our door code] several times with no luck. We could not get ahold of Mike the property manager for half an hour. After several attempts the property manager finally answered his phone. He says, "Did you try [our door code]?" It then magically worked. He offered no explanation, no apology. My wife and I are still pissed about this. Never coming back here.

Along the Fall River
The Condo was nice and it was clean and the view from the deck is wonderful. However, do not try to check in early. When it says check in is at 4:00 that's what he means. The code was not in place until exactly 4:00 even though I called when I got there (around 2:30) and was told to wait. Also, the wine cooler, the refrigerator and the freezer are all small size and all do not have automatic defrost and they were all in need of defrosting. What was disappointing though was on the deck there where only two chairs and they were both broke. I texted the point of contact about it because one I didn't want to be blamed for it and also we really wanted this problem to be solved so we could enjoy the deck, which was the main reason we choose this condo. The response was "Yes, I know and thank you. Enjoy your stay." No sorry about that and no I'll bring you some new chairs. This large deck also had no outdoor couch to enjoy either. Additionally, the screen is broke in that it slides roughly and there is no handle on the outside to open it. So if you stay here first check to see if they replaced the chairs and fixed the screen.

Cozy Condo
The condo is a beautifully renovated condo with an amazing view of nature. It’s a great stay for couples looking to get away and have a cozy place to stay. The location is perfect being right outside of Rocky Mountain National Park and a couple minute drive from downtown Estes Park. We were able to get to everything we needed to easily and quickly.
Our favorite part of the condo was the wood burning fireplace! The condo is beautiful with a lot of upgraded amenities.
Our only feedback is we do wish the mattress was a little more comfortable. We did toss and turn a lot in the middle of the night. Everything else was wonderful and there are no complaints! Highly recommend this condo to any couples visiting Estes Park!

Amazing rental!
The house had everything you need for an awesome stay. Location was perfect, the home was gorgeous and clean and had all the amenities you can wish for.
Even a few elks came to visit us during the evening hours! Highly recommend this rental
This is a great location to easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. The unit was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and fixtures. We enjoyed the peaceful balcony. Our only problem was that it was difficult to connect to wi-fi. A information binder would have been helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Fantastic place to stay! The location is absolutely beautiful. We spent a significant portion of our vacation sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We saw elk every day. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very comfy bed, pillows and bedding. The bath towels were the softest I’ve ever used!! I’m replacing mine at home asap. The kitchen had everything we needed - the blender was a nice surprise. The small office was handy for storing our suitcases and shoes — particularly because the barn doors on the bedroom closet don’t have enough space to open more than a few inches. This is the ONLY negative. Overall this was an awesome place.

Beautiful, Clean Home w/ Great Location!
This home was perfect for a weekend trip to Estes. With easy check-in/check-out procedures, a clean interior, great amenities, and a super convenient location, this home truly had everything we needed. I would 150% stay at this home again and I highly recommend it to anyone going to Estes Park.
Had an absolutely fabulous time at this property! The location was perfect, peaceful, and quiet right on the river. The entire unit was updated throughout and could not have been more spotless. Loved the fire place inside. So cozy and it was magical hearing the elk bugle.

Great place to stay!
We were extremely happy with our stay in Estes Park. This is a great location tucked away on the river. It’s less than a mile from the RMNP entrance making it easy to access the park and 3 miles from town. With this being our first time to Colorado and visiting RMNP we learned a few things that we wish we’d known. We did book the timed entry to get into the park which is required 9a-3p, however, if you go all the way to the end of Trail Ridge Road if you don’t turn around before the exit you cannot get back in unless it’s your timed entry time or after 3. We ended up having to drive 3 hours back around to EP which was beautiful, but took up a chunk of our day we weren’t expecting. Additionally, while park entrance was very convenient, EP leaves something to be desired. There weren’t many great options for food/drinks. We loved The Barrel and ended up there 2 nights for beers and food trucks. Overall, it was a lovely stay and would recommend.
My husband and I stayed at this property the weekend of our friend's wedding. Location couldn't have been any closer to the venue (Della Terra Mountain Chateau) and the price was a bargain. It seemed like the owner of the property had just made some updates throughout the entire unit, and the quality finishes, decor, etc. only added to how pleased we were with our stay. The only things that could take the property to an even higher level would include an ice machine (there's only 1 mini fridge and 1 wine fridge, so had to keep ice in a cooler all weekend), another TV in the master bedroom (only 1 in the living room) and better wifi. Otherwise, this place is perfectly tucked away for privacy, check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy, and well worth the cost. Would absolutely stay here again.
