Perfect Mountain Getaway!

Northern Exposure was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and me! The cabin was clean, cute and well stocked with highend cookware and appliances. Amazing views and quiet neighborhood.

Great stay

We enjoyed staying in the cabin. It was clean and well-equipped for a 4-day stay. The back porch is very nice and has a beautiful view. I like to walk my dog every day, but the road in front of the cabin is busy and has lots of curves, so I didn't feel safe walking in this area.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

This property has amazing views, and we enjoyed coffee on the screened porch each morning, especially since it rained the majority of our weekend. We did get a break in the rain and were able to take advantage of hiking, the hot tub, BBQ grill, and firepit. What a great day/evening! Our dogs loved the space and all the new smells outside. (Beware if walking your furry friend because there is a cabin up the hill with pretty flowers and an electric fence.) The cabin is well-appointed with cookware, utensils, and BBQ tools. Having two bathrooms was super convenient so that we could have our own space. The loft bed was a little too soft for my back, but it's an amazing space. The property is located in the My Mountain Community in Morganton, GA. It is easy driving distance to downtown Blue Ridge and Lake Blue Ridge. Despite the instructions that our GPS wouldn't get us directly to the cabin, Waze and my iPhone directions both worked for us. The driveway is a little tricky because it's such a sharp turn, but my SUV handled it, and there is plenty of room to turn around to make it easier to leave. I definitely recommend this cabin and will stay here again if it's available during a future stay.
