Great place to stay in a great location.

Everything was amazing except the trouble we had connecting WiFi and streaming services via tv. There was no iron either. It was challenging as we were there for business, to have wrinkled clothes. The dryer helped here however. I didn’t receive a response about the iron or WiFi at all though this was an issue for us on the stay and we were there for an entire week. I wish the communication was a bit better there.

Hi, Jennifer. We do apologize, for the trouble with the wifi and the missing iron. Our team did look into the issue and it seems that your message must not have delivered as we did not receive any messages regarding the wifi or the iron or we would have been happy to help. We do appreciate the feedback and have had our team confirm that the wifi in the unit is working properly and made sure that there is an iron in the unit. We hope to host you again in the future.
