Great location but a bit tired

Staying across the road from the beach is fabulous but the house is in need of some tlc, whilst generally clean the big glass windows looking out to either deck were very dirty. The actual decking is badly in need of care and there are a few nails sticking up. The main oven didn’t work and there was no gas for the bbq. We were told to get a refill and would be refunded but being the public holiday we didn’t bother. Otherwise it is a spacious house with plenty of room and an extra downstairs room with a desk and tv. We loved the location near the main beach and an easy walk to the surf beach and shops but you could probably find better value elsewhere
