Perfect Location, Comfortable & Convenient for a long-term stay w/two bedrooms
Our place was built in 1930 on one of Seward's original town sites but renovated in 1998. It is within walking distance of various restaurants, shops, quaint coffee shops, and the Alaska SeaLife Center. Our property is one blocks from the free town shuttle bus—within walking distance in Seward's waterfront campground with views of Resurrection Bay. The Seward Boat Harbor is one mile away, and you can walk or take a free shuttle. Several hiking trails are a block or two away from our house. We are in a quiet neighborhood area in downtown Seward. Because we live on-site, we do ask, for security reasons, that guests have their identity confirmed via VRBO and are willing to send us a copy of their government-issued ID as needed.

We stayed for a month and it was perfect! It was just me and my partner and it was incredibly spacious in a great location and amazing view of mt marathon.
The property has been recently remodeled and is very nice. It was also the cleanest vacation home we have ever rented. The layout is great for privacy. The location is truly excellent for all activities in Seward.
Good home for a family to spend a few days in Seward. Hope was as presented, communication with host was great, had everything we needed. Nice shower and extra blankets in the bedrooms.
This host goes way over and beyond to assist guests. Based on our experience with the host, we would highly recommend this property to guests. Thanks so much for your kindness to our family.
Good house, 3 separate sleeping areas & 2.5 bathrooms. It was a very nice stay, super friendly owners and easy to get a hold when we needed something (ceramic heaters and something else). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Note: 2 bedrooms have blinds but not true blackout blinds. You may want to bring dark curtains and hang them over existing curtains - alaska sun in june is really bright at night!
Great location. Other than driving to Grocery store we could walk to everything! Lots of room to spread out. Two kids in one room with two beds, one in another, upstairs and we were in the master downstairs. Lots of hot water for showers. Only complaint is could use lager coffee cups only one full size the others were small. And the house smelled like mothballs. We bought some air fresheners and febreze and it got better.
We enjoyed the house and would stay again.

Thank you, David. Our apologies: we have had an unusually wet summer this year. We will address the issue.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seward. The house was clean and spacious for our family. And the location was perfect. We walked to town every evening after dinner. Thank you!
House was simple but had the necessities. We have no complaints.
We are upset with vrbo because they would not split the bill for our friends who canceled last minute for a medical emergency. We are left paying the whole amount because they cannot file for insurance.
This place was everything we needed on our 2 days stay at Seward. It’s right in the middle of little action that the city has to offer. Location is awesome. The property was sparkling clean and super spacious with all the amenities provided. Only suggestion please provide some body wash and hand wash soaps as well. Would highly recommend staying here with family or large group, very very spacious and super comfortable.
Wonderful house located near downtown Seward. Perfect location for exploring the area and having a comfortable and quiet place to return to at the end of an adventure filled Alaska day. House was clean throughout. Beds were great. Jacuzzi tub a bonus. Thank you Naneth and Craig for sharing your house.
The property was the perfect location to enjoy the sights of Seward! The accommodations inclusive of on-site laundry were a welcomed bonus as our family wrapped up our 10-day Alaska vacation!
This home was everything we expected it to be and more. Also, Naneth (the owner) was extremely helpful and generous! Super spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms. A great place to stay and relax in after a long day out on the town in Seward. I would highly recommend this place!
We really enjoyed our time in Seward and staying at Naneth and Chris’ home. The location couldn’t be beat and we loved being able to walk to many of the places Seward has to offer. The home was very cozy, and accommodated our group (including two young children) well.
After a long day of fishing, it was nice to come back to a clean, quiet place, instead of a dreary hotel room. Thanks for a nice time. Of, beds were super comfy!
Our property has one king, two queens, and one full bed. It has an open kitchen/living space/dining area, one full bath w/a Jacuzzi tub—shower on the first floor, and ½ bath on the second floor. The kitchen has essential items like pots and pans, utensils, plates, and bowls. Regular cleaning supplies and laundry soap are available to use. Standard Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed. Parking is available immediately at the back of the property.
