We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage near Lake Erie! The home truly has every comfort of home — and more. If you can imagine needing something, chances are they already have it there. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and exceptionally well stocked.The cottage is incredibly family and kid friendly, with plenty of toys, games, and activities to keep everyone entertained. We especially loved spending evenings around the outdoor firepit making family memories.You can really tell the hosts go above and beyond with all the generous extras throughout the home. From one Costco-loving shopper to another — we noticed and appreciated all the thoughtful touches! It made our stay feel warm, welcoming, and stress-free.Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway near the lake. We would happily return!

Location to the beach is incredible. Adorable cabin with all the charm you could ask for. Wish there was a ‘things to do’ ‘places to eat’ binder with the history of the cabin available. It was kind of difficult to find restaurants and grocery stores. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

This property is absolutely magnificent and we plan to come stay again. I would give 10 stars if I could. There were a couple issues checking in with the VRBO app but Chelsea resolved those immediately. I couldn’t recommend this property enough.

This was a lovely cottage. Equipped above and beyond. We absolutely had an amazing time, just to short. We didn't want to leave. Lots of stairs, so we got some exercise. 3 houses to the beach.

A really nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea's unique cottage in Port Bruce. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided and her communication with us was perfect. I'm sure we'll be back!

Amazing experience

Belated Girl’s Weekend

We are 4 best friends who always get together just to catch up, laugh and enjoy but we couldn’t find the time last year so we picked this weekend and this location. It was perfect. The house had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and would recommend the location. While we came in the dead of winter, the sun was out and the skies were blue so we drove to the lake and then to local towns. I imagine in the summer this would be the place to be. Really enjoyed the house.

Ladies weekend in Aylmer, Ontario!

We had a fabulous visit, 2 of us from Michigan and 2 of us from central NY. Aylmer was the meet up in the middle! We did exactly what we wanted and that was to spend time together, a little shopping, play games and drink champagne! Thanks for hosting us in your extremely well appointed home. We were all left very curious about the history of this unique house.It was a fabulous weekend.

Peaceful getaway

Stayed August11-14/23. To say it was a perfect weekend is an understatement. The cottage is cozy unique and luxurious. Every space has its own charm. Tons of space inside and out. Every detail for a stay away from home was well thought out. The convenience of having the beach in such close proximity was perfect. We were able to easily come and go without having to pack everything up. Chelsea was a wonderful host ,easily accessible. It was a wonderful family getaway and we will be back!!

Wonderful house, ideal location

I have stayed in many VRBO accommodations over the years, but this was by far one of the very best. The photos cannot do full justice to the house, which is spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with windows and sliding doors throughout, and remarkably well-equipped with everything you might need for a most enjoyable vacation. The principal suite is spectacular, the second bedroom is cozy and comfortable, and the train car room would delight a couple of lucky kids. The bedding is first rate. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are two dining areas, three sitting areas, two large TVs, a glorious wraparound porch, two bathrooms and toys and games aplenty, especially in the large basement. The place has been designed with remarkable attention to detail and all kinds of pleasant touches. There’s a nice, spacious back yard; the trees are filled with a variety of birds, and bunnies occasionally make an appearance. And to top things off, the place is within sight and sound of wonderful Lake Erie. You can open the windows and doors and hear the waves crashing on the shore. It’s magical. And the beach is just steps away. Port Bruce, Port Burwell and Port Stanley are very sweet towns and Long Point Provincial Park is amazing. Chelsea was very good to deal with. We will be back!

Great place for games with friends

We enjoyed the many games, including PacMan/Galaga and darts as well as the fire pit outside. Very good location. Our host was very responsive throughout our stay. We would stay here again.
