Perfect for families! Mountain home just steps from the lake in a prime Gilner Point location. Walk to the lake and marina. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Short drive to ski resorts! Enjoy the fresh air out on the covered front porch and sunny back deck. Comfortable, spacious single-level floor plan, a spacious fenced yard backing to the treed acreage offers a feeling of peace and privacy.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,700+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, river rock fireplace with an efficient wood stove insert, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with jet tub, and deck access. The second bedroom has a king bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. The third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, and a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, island, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Pool table in open concept living/kitchen area. Smart TV and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the fresh air out on the covered front porch with patio chairs. Back deck with hot tub, patio furniture with cushions, and gas barbecue. Spacious fenced back yard backing to treed acreage offers, which offer a feeling of peace and privacy.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Serenity Knoll Family Stay

Very nice, clean and roomy for a family stay. Some issues with the showers however they were very responsive in sending a maintenance man to fix.

Good management

The rental was clean and nice, spacious, just what we needed. . The dryer didn't work, shower and sink did not drain, and the toilet broke. Management was very responsive and did try to send someone to fix the toilet.
