We really enjoyed this property! The home had plenty of space for us all, was clean, and had the things we needed to be comfortable. There was plenty of towels, cookware, etc. We visit Marco Island about every 2 years and would stay here again. Access/check in for the property was easy. Thank you for renting to us!

Not greeted when picked up keys. Just sort of threw the envelope down. Didn't ask how are stay was. Maggots all over trash cans. No place for trash when we needed. Trash was overfull when we got there on Saturday. No trash pick up until Monday. House was dirty, sometimes no hot water for 10 people. 2 of the beds were broken. On one side of 2 beds you fell into a huge hole!!!!!! The company wouldn't address any issues said I sent email, threw the answering person. Horrible horrible!!!!!!! will never use this company again. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Thank you so much! Trash pickup on Marco Island is on Mondays and Thursdays. We always send an email to incoming guests to let them know that on Saturday turnaround days they may arrive to full trash cans, especially in a larger home, with instructions to put the bin to the curb on Sunday evening for Monday pick up (this email was sent to you on 6/17 at 4:35 pm). When you called, shortly after you checked in, you very rudely demanded that someone come to take the the trash IMMEDIATELY, that you shouldn't be responsible to put out previous guests garbage (the guest that arrived after you had to put out YOUR garbage). Most hot water heaters here are electric and if you had 10 people taking showers, etc., of course the hot water would be depleted and would have to replenish. The house was not dirty, we have each property inspected prior to an arrival. While we certainly aren't perfect and little items may be missed from time to time, especially on heavy turnover days, to say the house was "dirty" would be a gross exaggeration. This rental is amazing! It was extremely spacious and very easy to be in. Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The house was very clean and updated. Location was great - being able to walk to the beach and the park was wonderful. Definitely a great find!
