Recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. 3 minute walk to beach. 1 King bedroom and 2 Queen bedrooms, one with an extra twin bed. Fully appointed kitchen. Flat screen TV and WiFi. Great outdoor space with barbecue, gas fire pit and comfortable furniture. New Washer and dryer in the garage. 3 bicycles, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and Boogie boards are available for your use. We are walking distance to The Mandalay Beach Resort and the Channel Islands Harbor where sport fishing, kayaking, boat rental and more are all available. Olivias Park and River Ridge golf courses are nearby. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from historic downtown Ventura. 20 minutes from the Camarillo Premium Outlets and a 30 minute drive from beautiful Santa Barbara.

Wonderful, spacious beach house.

We stayed for 5 nights to celebrate a family wedding. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities . We spent our free time in the outside space, enjoying the fire pit in the evenings and walking along the beach when we had time. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It nicely accommodated our group . The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach and a nice park. We would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect!!!

The family beach house was perfect. We traveled in from Northern CA for my daughter's wedding in Camarillo and wanted to also enjoy the beautiful beaches of SoCal. The home was absolutely gorgeous. The next door neighbor, Jason, seen that we were trying to figure out how to turn on the fire pit and gladly came over to help us. Our first night there, the night sky was cloud free and the view of stars were stunning. Overall, it was a perfect compliment to a perfect wedding vacation.

Nice getaway

Everything about the trip was great. The house was nice, close proximity to the ocean and the park. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is a little bit on the older side but everything was done very well. They have everything you could need for a beach day we would go back.
