Cascade Village is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the San Juan Mountains. Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.

February Purgatory ski - for the win

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Solid 5 across the board with one exception: previous guests or cleaning crew failed to thoroughly address fireplace ash and burnt wood. Didn't use so relatively a moot point. Also one ceiling light out but inconsequential. Great layout and well appointed. If available, will return again.

Beautiful View & Short drive to Ski Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. The parking underneath being covered was great. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We cooked and there were plenty of items to do so with. The bathroom door is noisy for anyone that gets up in the middle of the night to go. Sleeper sofa wasn't bad either. It is a sleeper sofa (Know that), but it wasn't bad for the few nights we were there. The view of mountains right outside on the balcony were amazing! It says 2 miles from the mountain, but it felt like it was only a mile. I liked that it was on the other side of the mountain so when people were coming in from Durango we didn't get stuck behind them.

Quaint and quiet place

This was a great place for us to stay and be based out of for exploring the San Juan mountains. Clean, comfortable and great location.

Great condo

Condo was clean and as advertised. Communication with host is a bit difficult as service seems spotty so texts and calls don’t go through or get delayed. But host is prompt with response as soon as he receives communication. Email for check in information was supposed to come after second auto payment. Didn’t happen so had to contact host day before checking in. Otherwise it was a great place and would definitely stay again.
